Haruka Nami no thankfully thats not how she really sounds...in interviews she uses her beautiful deep voice ,so i guess she tried speaking in a higher pitch to seem more kawaii/moe for her performance maybe?
Keiko's voice is very eerie and that made me goosebumps every time she sings.While Wakana has a cute,crystal clear voice and I also got interested of her singing I hope she will not quit on singing and for the youngest member Hikaru!!!!Gosh I wish I have a voice like her!!!Her voice is very firm and high and I think no one can imitate her voice!!!
Well, Keiko is one of the very few female octavists out there. While she's formally a contralto, in fact she can manage a baritone register if she try. It's funny how her speaking voice is much higher.
Theodora Actually I've heard deeper speaking voices (I know, I have one...), but her low tones while singing are amazing (wish I could sing like that XD).

Maybe women in my country have "deeper than average" voices or something because she sounds pretty high pitched in ALL of the interviews I've watched. I also love her voice, it's so unusual for a japanese woman (most of them sound high pitched), so stunning. I especially love her part in Kagayaku sora no shijima ni wa, Distination Unknown and Door... Too bad no one knows them in my school (and it's a damn HUGE school... Even the so called "japanese music fans" don't know them (What to expect? The so called fans don't know the great bands like X Japan, Buck-Tick, not even L'arc~en~Ciel!!!).
Haha, my friends don't know them either, except for that one friend who watches a lot of anime and has come to hear about them due to OP/ED songs. But I post a song of theirs on my Facebook timeline every now and then; it never hurts to listen!
