Hi... just found u on here. I'm SO glad I did! I have a BIG BIG DIFFICULTY task I think for you & hoping you can help me. I have a LOT of allergies , as well as does my family & was hoping you could use a gluten free box cake mix that's low in sugar, carbs & dairy free ( butter is ok) make it taste WONDERFUL as well . Plus a REALLY good frosting that is also low in sugar/carbs & all of it DAIRY FREE , of course but can still use butter? We absolutely LOVE A butter yellow cake & creamy like whipped ( almost pudding tasting) frosting. Idk what they call it but it's almost like the better whipped butter cream they use in bakeries . Can you come up with something similar as well as a pretty decoration. I've been diagnosed with CVID & I can't eat ANYTHING I once did & recently found out I passed this down to my beautiful daughter & this is for her birthday. Can you help , please? Ty so much. I truly enjoyed finding you here & watching your videos. You're so talented & SO creative. Thanks 😊

I might try adding a bit of orange jello mix to half of the cheese cake mixture and add a bit of vanilla to the other half and then layer them on top of one another :)
