If you come down to the west side of the yard you can access it without trouble, it is a shared area with a few businesses. The east side off of Interstate Ave is watched carefully so is less available for railfanning.
The most interesting part of this video was the crappy paint job on the underside of that bridge. So glad you shot every last inch of a slow moving train. I couldn't stand the suspense, wondering how it would end.
