    Nicely done. I just bought the 2020 Black version with all the attachments, 255lb plate set, foot plate, and ab pad so I can sit and do parallel cable work with the lower pulley. Had to order the storage attachment that holds 4 of them securely. The leg press is the toughest. Super heavy and tough to put in and take out. Try installing and deinstalling it 5 times that's a workout.
    Overall very impressed with the quality of the machine. I like the fact I can detach the bench and move the lever system to the corner so I can park my car in my single stall garage, something I can't do if I bought a huge rack.

      I actually had to replace it , because was some manufacturing defect ,and I have now the black version 2020 yeahh 💪there was damage at the bench and at the pressing arms . The black one looking much better I think 👌more aggressive hehe
      And I love this machine,full body workout on one machine and of course I have the bar and the dumbbells plus squat stand .

    What’s the min weight you need to load on the storage pegs for stability? And do the weights hit each other when the storage pegs are full?

    • @tomaszgolebiowski5321
      @tomaszgolebiowski5321  4 года назад +1

      I only keep 2x25kg on them ,but you don't have to put anything to keep it stable. And the pressing arms are situated up now ,so there is no touching no matter how much weight you got on the pressing arms and the weights pegs . The machine is stable and everything works very smooth 👌

    How the range motion on the pulldown exercises. I am 6'2 and thinking about getting this machine.

    • @tomaszgolebiowski5321
      @tomaszgolebiowski5321  4 года назад

      I'm 5'10 and it's just perfect for me , you would probably need to put the bench in decline position to have full range of motion.

    • @Simonet1309
      @Simonet1309 4 года назад

      For me the limited range of motion is a draw back. Its fine for lat pull downs, rows, curls and tri push downs...just. But Im not sure its that great for much else. Perhaps I just lack imagination? 😂. Having said that I do think its a great piece of kit and is very versatile. Mine is an older version and I use it all the time. The newer version with unilateral arms and more positions for the lever arm must be a big improvement on something already great. BTW I’m 5’11”.

    Hi dude! I’ve come across your channel due to looking at powertec and Ironmaster IM2000. Do you not have the IM2000 anymore? And if not why have you replaced with the powertec? I’m trying to decide what to get for my home gym set up, and am torn between this leverage machine, the ATX version or the IM2000. Thank you 💪🏻

      Hi,I sold the IM2000 , it's a great machine ,solid construction, but I prefer the Powertec . But if I got a bigger room and some spare cash I would buy both 🤣 I love doing pressing movements on the Powertec, squats and all pulley movements are super smooth. The new bench is very stable and they added more options to adjust the pressing arms, similar to ATX . The Powertec has a better squat bar than the ATX ,much safer and feels much comfortable. It's basically the same machine with just a few little differences . And of course I do free weights exercises combined with the machine .

      Thanks for your reply. I currently have the Ironmaster dumbbells, pro bench and an Olympic bar, weights and a budget rack. The powertec does look a nice bit of kit and that’s what’s got me looking at it due to the isolateral pressing movements. Looks just like some of the plate loaded machines at the gym. Glad they’ve made some improvements to it as I saw some negative reviews about the wobbling bench. I’d quite like both as you’ve mentioned yourself but not sure what to invest in first 🤣 can you set the powertec arms in their highest position to do pull-ups? My friends body solid one has that feature but I don’t think it compares to the OG lever gym 🤣

      @@powerplanthomegym you can't do pull ups , wouldn't be a perfect position anyway,the machine is not high enough,I have my pull up bar outside . You can do pull ups on the IM2000 ,but it's not perfect . To be honest,I prefer the Ironmaster super bench than Powertec, but it's not suitable for the machine and the Ironmaster super bench got a better leg extension/curl attachment in my opinion. But like I said ,I can't have both 🤣

    • @powerplanthomegym
      @powerplanthomegym 4 года назад +1

      Yeah I have the leg attachment for the pro bench and also the decline. I love that equipment so would keep it alongside. Seems like the Powertec might be the better all round option to start off with then as I have free weights and the rack, get the im2000 later down the line. Appreciate your feedback, not a lot of reviews online of either equipment.
