This event is held in Vernasca, a small town outside Piacenza in Emilia Romagna, this is the 27th edition.
The event is open to race cars built up to 1972 and is a competition to see how well preserved or restored.
During the event, there will also be three hillclimbs, where hillclimbs were once raced from 1953 to the early 1970s.
We looked around the paddock set up in the town of Castell'Arquato in the morning and then near the finish of the hill climb in the afternoon. We watched also fter the hill climb when all the cars came back to the paddock at the same time.
Please enjoy the sound of the engine as well during hill climbs. You can also experience the smell of the engine if you get there.
This is an event you should definitely come and see.
