My guess, they adjusted it so that if the second tick happened it wouldn't one shot guardians. However, easy fix. Increase its damage and remove the chance it can hit multiple times on a guardian.
that would then ruin its damage potential in PVE where it out damages every other bow. The broken PVP damage is just another consequence of Bungie not being capable of balancing their weapons differently between two different game modes.

Hola senor fruit! A little tip for ya since I know you love dem bows. When you have the bow fully drawn, at least I do this and it works wonders for me, you can denock (un-nock?) the arrow and then hold the fire button again to draw the bow immediately after. Essentially it allows you to to bounce between a 90% drawn bow and a 100% drawn bow and it feels pretty good to boot imo. I don't have the bow yet but this tip is godlike for my arsenic bite. Kind of like having a ghetto oathkeeper haha. Love your videos fruit, I truly look forward to them every single day. I hope this helps you and any and all bow related endeavors. ALL HAIL HOUSE FRUIT

As someone that uses bows as my main weapons. They're good for punishing peaking. But they're best paired with a sidearm for close range engagements. I regularly out play shotgun jocks with a bow shot and sidearm tap.
The cool thing is the broadhead perk works like a real broadhead arrow, where it does do damage to both side of the target because there is so much force
You're getting tunnel vision with it Fruit, it's meant to be a long range primary weapon (think of it like a 2 shot sniper) where you patiently lie waiting to strike. The see through walls perk is there to help you prefire against someone ducking in and out of cover. TDLR: Just get a shot on someone from afar, watch them go into cover, preload a shot to get the perk so you can get an easy headshot as they come back out.
idea for the next dream team episode. What you do is you set your vault where it is only your gun then us a random number generator what ever it is you must only use that gun. There is a forfeit if you die to the same gun you must use the traveler’s chosen (damaged) sidearm then after get a kill switch back to the gun you randomly picked Hope you read this.
Hey Mr. Fruit here's a little mini game you can play. Medieval Warfare: only bows and swords allowed. Supers with weapons allowed, examples like arc stripper, wraith, Titan hammers, etc.
Bows are honestly one of the best additions to the game, and as someone who doesn't own any of the dlc I really appreciate the fact that I can still get the new weapons.
I can already see the perfect combo. This IS a hunter weapon simply because of how well it's going to pair with the Oathbreakers (I think that's what they're called) because those arms decrease draw times on all bows and you can have them drawed out infinitely
Make it use special ammo, give it as much dmg as a special sniper rifle, give it a good bit more ammo than a special ammo sniper rifle. BAM. It's amazing. Make it happen bungaloid.
Lol, when I got the Ace of Spades and dived into the PvP, I've experienced the same. I was so focused on the gun and expecting that I will be OP, and I sucked. Then I figured out how to properly use the beast. That's what happens when you're too focused on the weapon you're using but not your gameplay. With time, you will annoy lots of people in PvP with this Mr. Fruit.
I unlocked this thing recently and I can clearly say this is not a good weapon. On pc you need to have the crosshairs directly on the person for the shot to land. This is not the case for any other bow. Along with the damage decrease and increase to draw time this gun remains a burden to use.
The bow is practically made to go with the (Hunter exotic arms) Oathkeepers. Decreased draw time for bows (currently bugged, doesn't apply), and you can ADS forever. Also: it seems that the entry/exit damage is bugged, and often times simply doesn't apply. If I had to guess, I'd have to say that's because a. if you move, the "exit" point is no longer in your hitbox, meaning that it simply doesn't apply damage. Or, b. the entry and exit are so close together that they happen nearly simultaneously, which confuses it, and causes it to only deal damage once. Which is also a detriment... Overall, you really have to 200 IQ this bow for PvP.
Mr.Fruit, you need to take this thing into gambit, it melts the bosses and makes it near impossible for an invader to take out your team. Such a good gambit pve exotic.
Hey Fruit..... If you go to the dreaming city and aim down your sights with the wish ender then shoot the taken egg looking things, you will get an automatic dreaming city gun
You gotta find someone with both Oathkeeper and Lucky Pants and try this with both infinite/faster draw (Oathkeeper) and wallhack/insta-switch to Hand Cannon (Lucky Pants). With the second build, only use the bow when you have someone on radar but don't quite know where, peek with the bow and then bop,-hand cannon,-bop dead.
Here's an idea, buff it's body shot damage to around 80 (excluding the 25 exit damage) in the crucible and it's and it's headshot damage to be around 155 (excluding the 25 extra exit damage. This would allow you to 1 shot headshot with any form of damage buff on you or the target. Making this bow actually useful.
I think the longer you hold the aim the weaker the intrinsic perk gets cuz if u look at it the meter on it goes down from the top while you’re holding your aim.
I don’t understand why this isn’t just a heavy bow. Put it in the heavy slot and let it one tap to the head. It’s massive and has an immensely slow charge time with the highest impact so it only makes sense.

They should upgrade the perk with something like third eye and make it pierce through walls. but does less damage when it goes through walls(depends on wall density) then the arrow does not go through . Feel like that would make it decent cause right now a legendary bow in pvp feels and plays better then the wish-ender
I would think pair this up with the hunter exotic oath keepers that lets you hold bows forever and a slightly faster draw time would make this a way better exotic
So here's the thing hunters have the gauntlets that let you hold the arrow longer and the new void subclass if you get a headshot kill while crouched you can see through walls and your invisible but still a nice vid man

Okay, Fruit, let’s get serious. Wish Ender, and all bows, require a specific play style. They work best at mid-long ranges, with narrow sight lines. The trick is to draw back the bow, peak out of cover, get a shot in, go back into cover, and repeat. Paired with a hand cannon, you can cover yourself very well. The Arsenic Bite, with its shorter draw time, can be used at close quarters if you hip fire and use your mobility, but all other bows, and Wish Ender in particular, need to be used at longer ranges. That said, Wish Ender’s perk needs some adjustment. BUT. But, but, but. I don’t have Wish Ender yet, so I’m making assumptions based off of the gameplay and my own knowledge of other bows, so I might be wrong, and therefore, in accordance with the laws of online interaction, also dumb.
The bow clearly has some hit registration issues. I was using it on pc and my crosshairs need to be directly on a person for the arrow to connect. This is not the case for any other bow in the game. If this was done for balancing, bungie made a big mistake. It is impossible to land shots back to back with the bow. Along with the decrease in damage, you are better off using a sniper in close quarters rather than this bow in its own optimal range.
How to fix: Make it one-shot, but only at max draw damage. If you hold it even for slightly too long, it doesn't one-shot. Also make guaranteed a 1-shot head and 1 shot body (assuming both shots are near full draw)
You know.... This seems to be a weapon that you need to build around. Using the Foetracer to keep your radar or the new Oathkeepers to reduce the draw time to solve your issues. They're hunter exotics but might be something to think about
Wish-Ender should one shot. Especially since the draw time is so slow. Usually slower RoF weapons do more damage per shot so Wish-Ender needs a damage buff and it’s perk needs to mark enemies like how shadowshot marks tethered target. Or maybe if you see someone through a wall and hit them it does more damage.

not every Weapon is great in Pvp, but awesome in Pve. so this bow is just not for Pvp.

There are some exotic gauntlets for the Hunter that let you hold a charge (arrow) infinitely. Should try it with them if you can.

I got this bow yesterday and tbh it kinda let me down it's not that good in crucible because it's a bow it doesn't headshot and its slow

If you quickly press reload when you have your bow drawn and then quickly draw your bow, you can have the bow drawn forever. Hope this helps!

I was using the bow today and it’s actually pretty good, it’s just if you rely on the perks too much you get ran over.

I think this bow will be absolutely dope on a Spectral Blades Hunter with the bow exotic arms that give infinite draw time OR knucklehead radar.

If this was done for balancing, bungie made a big mistake. It is impossible to land shots back to back with the bow. Along with the decrease in damage, you are better off using a sniper in close quarters rather than this bow in its own optimal range.
How to fix:
Make it one-shot, but only at max draw damage. If you hold it even for slightly too long, it doesn't one-shot. Also make guaranteed a 1-shot head and 1 shot body (assuming both shots are near full draw)
You know.... This seems to be a weapon that you need to build around. Using the Foetracer to keep your radar or the new Oathkeepers to reduce the draw time to solve your issues. They're hunter exotics but might be something to think about

Wish-Ender should one shot. Especially since the draw time is so slow. Usually slower RoF weapons do more damage per shot so Wish-Ender needs a damage buff and it’s perk needs to mark enemies like how shadowshot marks tethered target. Or maybe if you see someone through a wall and hit them it does more damage.

Perhaps this bow would be better in pvp on a hunter with the bow buffing exotic armor. It buffs draw speed and lets you hold longer.
