- Rep. Ralph Norman (R, S.C.-05) believes Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's vice president pick is clear-cut.
When talking to CNN Wednesday, Norman said Trump should select former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley as his running mate, declaring that she will "bring him across the finish line."
