- As Election Day approaches, Donald Trump needs to pick a running mate. The former president may even be looking forward to having an 'Apprentice'-style competition to see who will be his vice president.
Each candidate could impact Trump's campaign in a multitude of different ways. @fivethirtyeight's Galen Druke breaks it down.

Tulsi Gabbard would pull so well on moderates, she opposes Trump on issues he isn’t super strong on caring about, and she’s a woman of color. It’d be an extremely smart pick but she voted to impeach him in 2019 which brings up loyalty concerns.

Governor Desantis would be a great pick for VP position. They are both from florida,both conservative in agenda & policy,and got a lot of support across spectrum,and all walks of life.
