Hey Busi, I've been watching your channel for a few years now since your Korea days and i’m so saddened that youre feeling this way. I remember being very worried about your mental health while you were in Korea and I hoped Taiwan would be better. Have you considered investing in property back home? Something to generate cash flow for whenever you decide to start afresh. You can take advantage of your high salary in Taiwan to secure a mortgage in South Africa. Something that can pay itself off even if you decide to quit your job and start afresh (rental property). I would recommend watching Rowan’s property corner or Laurens property channel here on youtube to get more information on acquiring investment property. I can sympathize with you. Being aboard is extremely difficult and i truly wish you everything of the best❤️
For all of our sisters and brothers who are abroad, if you feel like you really need to come home, please do not hesitate. Do not even feel like 'abantu bazothini or what will people say syndrome'. I'd rather have my South African sisters/brothers coming home than to be stranded in places that are not their homes. Right now as a we can see, even other countries are deporting people (not that it's an issue in this discussion). But if you guys feel like you want to come, please come home. You'll figure something out here knowing that you are home, safe and sound ❤
I’m feeling you. I’m in China and was in Korea. I have decided to go back into HR and up-skill myself. Changing careers is the only way for me coz I’m tired of the constant settling in and never feeling at home. Financial goals be the reason we’re living unfulfilled and unhappy lives abroad. But you can never have enough money. Country hopping is draining and frustrating. It’s inevitable to get fatigued. Stability in ESL is just a dream. I think it’s meant to be for a few years and not a long term things
I moved to Taiwan from Tokyo and loved it. Of course you will be bored if you just go home and go work. It’s probably not the place for you, don’t force it.
Baby come back to Korea . Even if just for a year . I’ve been following you for years now and I can tell the difference . You were more lively here in Korea than Taiwan . Your face tells it all . Sending you hugs 🫂
WeBusie ngoJune ngzobe ngiqeda unyaka la eChina. Let me tell you, I want to go back to South Africa. I miss my family, I miss my kids. I miss making connections/ relationships. Ziyabuya la Busie.
