  • The lower belly, often referred as pooch belly, post-pregnancy belly or pot belly is often an area that women & men want to flatten. In this 5 part series, Sal and Stefanie Obregozo discuss the distinction between healthy and unhealthy layers of fat, inflammation and how to strengthen and flatten the lower belly.
In this video Stefanie and Sal discuss using a Swiss Ball Crunch to attack that belly pooch.

I am Very Grateful for your vast knowledge of the muscles & especially happy that you talked about the Hernia & the fact that internal breathing (which i knew tightens the underlying muscles too) and then Holding that breath to flex onto a crunch ...I have confidence that i will get my stomach in great shape ❤️New Subscription 10/28/21 😘👌🏽

    Why is she barefoot?

    • @othersidesteve

Why not? Many in the fitness/weight training space have known for decades, barefoot workouts are beneficial - for most exercises, preferred. Strong feet develop with shoes off, and the kinetic chain benefits.

Why does it matter??? Working out barefoot is comfortable, but tricky.

I’m glad to see that most pretty girls seem to have stopped getting tattoos these days. One benefit of the lockdowns, I guess.
