okay ... seriously ... have some respect ... emo is just the easy way to say "false goth looking for attention" which laura is NOT ... she has been deprived of even the SLIGHTEST emotional upbringing which has extensivly stunted her social growth rate ... she still feels emotions ... but has intensely difficult time understanding them or how to react to them ... so for the more severe emotions she cuts herself to drain blood from her brain to result in memory loss ...
yes ... wolverine and Laura are immune to disease and infection as well as poisioning (unless some it's in absurdly high doses) because of their healing ... but the comic specificly says that Laura's is more effective due to her lack of a full metal skeleton ... which makes sense because dense metals are toxic and so wolverine's immune system is constantly having to repair that toxic effect of adamantium in his blood ... which would lessen it's effectiveness on other potential wounds or diseases
Craig Hormann wrong adamatium is the very thing killing wolverine so laura kinney will face the same fate
@X23Natalie if X23 joins the Xmen she will probley have to earn there trust and I wish they showed her joining the Xmen in Xmen Evalotion.
i feel srry for laura no family her and wolverine r the same she has no family and logan has past to even remeber
but i dont kno bout yall but she still has a father.. wolverine "if u ask why she is a 'clone' of wolverine which in my book means shes his daughter she has his DNA more or less"

an interesting side-effect of this is that her healing is much more effective than Logan's (because she doesnt have metal constantly intoxicating his system like he does) ... and it also allows her to be more acrobatic not having the metal weighing her down
and it's also shown that (with her healing) she can reattach severed limbs ... she even uses that fact to escape some adamantium hancuffs at one time :P ... pretty sweet huh? .. lol

i just got thro readin another bio of laura it said some of her aboilities are reduced because shes still a teen but with the healing factor she is immune to any and all Earthly diseases and infections which goes for metal poisoning or how ever u put it which goes the same for wolverine plus i just got thro readin another bio of laura bout 6 minutes ago pritty cool stuff repairing severed limbs i did not know that its sweet wish i could do that
yeah Sarah Kinney was Laura's surrogate mother...but that would have no effect on Laura's genetic relationship with Wolverine...and actualy (in my infinite lamness i went and looked it up in the comic :P) Wolverine even introduces Laura as his sister
now personaly...if i was in Wolverine's possition i would probably end up treating her like a daughter...and age-wise it would make a lot more sense...but geneticly she's his sister...and in actuality they only have a teacher student relationship
actualy ... geneticly speaking she's Wolverine's sister ... she was first meant to be an exact copy of him (which would have made her an exact twin) but the Y chromasome was too damaged to recreate ... so they simply duplicated the undamaged X chromasome making her Wolverine's much younger twin sister
and to be honest i think Wolverine would be much better off showing her some brotherly love than he would trying to be some sort of "father figure" :P
heres a question ive been pondering does laura have a complete adimantium skeleton or is it just her claws
good question and an important one...in X-men Evolution it aludes to her having a full skeletal work-up but they dont ever confirm either way
in the comics the facility realises that a full skeleton would stunt her growth and all around impead her performance as a killer so they only bond her claws (i think she was 9but don't quote me on it)
@X23Natalie also she has the 'captain-america' formula inside her (or at least the knock-off brand)
Great fanvid. She made the progression from the animated series to the comics and then it was wonderful to see her on the big screen in "Logan".
