The Bridge in snowdin isn't actually made out of wood, in one of the Papyrus phone calls he explains that It's actually a rock formation that he's painted over,
Even if breaking that bridge didnt work, there are the bridges near the end of waterfall (undyne the undying's fight area) and near the start of hotland, in fact, you could technically trap the human by breaking both of these bridges after frisk uses a save point.
@@lavendeereatingreens But Flowey doesn’t start helping the Human until after the player both kills all monsters in the Ruins and kills Toriel. Since Toriel is likely in her home and you won’t be allowing her or the player to cross to the other’s side of the spikes, Flowey will never step in to solve the puzzle. However, if Flowey indeed knows the world like a book like how regular players do, he would definitely notice a rock going off-script when in all other timelines he’s played before, the rock can never refuse to be pushed. Of course, if we allow for this, that implies that Flowey has player-level freedom much like we the rock and Frisk the genocide player do. This requires us to bend the meta of the challenge to account for any and all possible unscripted actions Flowey could perform upon realizing one (or more) of his world’s characters aren’t following the script he’s memorized- which is effectively what happens in all other runs of the game anyways, but now there’s two unpredictable elements for him to play with.
Wait technically if you convince EVERY SINGLE MONSTER in the Underground to just participate in a giant market nobody CAN die because you can’t kill shopkeepers. And since EVERYONE is a shopkeeper the human is denied all EXP. Which is hilarious to me.
I can imagine the shop stand 30 meters wide with every single Monster in it. And everyone just offers you the first thing that they found while doing this plan (Imagine Undyne selling her spears, or Alphys selling her noodles or anime)
@@soapysoup7640the alternate is to not move or say anything at all. The humans loses anyways and it becomes more like a softlock where the puzzle doesn’t work correctly.
Honestly, it be worth it if i could be a froggit, immediately go to Flowey and reverse trauma dump him by painstakingly telling him his own tragic backstory just to see him freak the hell out as to why this one Froggit knows everything there is to know about this world.
You're also invisible and unencounterable as far as we know, so you could probably do some ghost shenanigans to block off player's path, like make a big rock wall with the help of the other monsters
-be whimsun -be so shy and unassuming that i can sneak through the underground to new home -steal the 6 human souls -human stands no chance since the human souls would have no reason to reject you like they did w flowey. asgore is now also unable to end humanity -cross the barrier -unassume your way to a hospital -absorb the soul of a recently deceased human -7 human souls -destroy the barrier -win
How would you get asgore to let you take the souls if he wont even show them to his own son (its very likely that flowey tried to reveal his identity in order to get the souls)? And how would you get the souls to appear since flowey couldnt get them to show up either?
1- Go immediately to Flowey, say you are a time traveler and a human that will kill him just fell down. 2- Tell him they will pose as Chara while actually they aren't, as they will trick him until they get to asgore. 3- Say random stuff only flowey will know to convince him and hopefully not die (this is the hard part). 4- With flowey, go immediately to Papyrus, also tell him you come from another timeline and convince only he could save the univere, (shouldn't be hard.) 5- Go to Alphys and tell her you are from the future and a demon posed as Chara the princess is going on killing everyone in the Ruins and everyone should evacuate. Tell her to call Asgore and Undyne and send Mettatron to stop the human for a while. 6- While the unsavable Toriel and robot sacrifice block the human, have everyone evacuate. 7- sans will probably come to you between these, tell him a few of his time traveler jig and also say you are here to warn everyone and him spesifically. You know he will lose to the demon and it is better to just let the demon think they won. 8- Convince Asgore to let Flowey use the 6 souls saying that is the only way to stop the demon. (you can add the demon is posing as his diseased child and killed his wife to enrage him.) 9- Have Flowey become Omega Flowey and tell him to just pass the barrier and grab the first human soul he sees, though this might antagonise some monsters toward you, tell them only 7 souls can stop the demon and add flowey should only take the soul of a diseased or elderly person etc. (This is also the hard part.) 10- Have flowey take a soul, come back, become God of Hyperdeath and break the barrier. Bonus- You can have Asriel pmuch destroy the human until they give up as they have inf stats and this isn't pacifist meaning ASriel won't sulk and cry because they think the human is Chara. Meanwhile, just go to the surface. You can try to take souls for yourself but this option is really risky. XD
@@urdeadnotbigsuprise7439I mean, he already soflock u in the pacifist route with his vines so he easily could do the same thing in the genocide route lol
The hard part is convincing Asgore. Then, whether he breaks the FIGHT button or uses the simpler solution of Absorbing the SOULs, the Human is dead. Absorbing the SOULs makes their death permanent so you'd prefer he does that. It also makes the battle much simpler.
@@HaphazardousSpace I got a much better idea, convince Asgore to destroy the fight button AND the mercy button, so the human cant fight or flee, and then kill the human over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again
Wait, ANY non-boss ruins monster? *insert Standing Here meme as I block a door as Nasptablook* Alternatively, assuming I can't be since,as people noted, they're technically a mini-boss, I'd instead become the ruins Dummy, and go talk with Mad Dummy. Why? Because now they won't be angry enough to fuse, Napstablook won't intervene because you're a #$#$# murderer, and Flowey I'll just bully by telling him everything I know so he won't bother. You're now trapped forever in a fight with Mad Dummy. The secret third option is I become Mad Dummy, possess trash, and sit on the flowers. Checkmate.
1. Flee ruins alone 2. Grab as many sugary items as possible. 3. Confront them right before sans. 4. “I’ve decided it’s not gonna be your turn. Ever.” 5. Wait for the human to get bored and give up, use items deliberately to stay awake. Edit: 345 LIKES?! WTH?? I’ve never gotten over 20-
Flowey is really the biggest threat here. As he helps the human through puzzles. Do not engage him if possible, do not try to fight the human or otherwise convince them you are a threat in any capacity. Flowey won't interfere with the Human's murder spree unless you give him a reason to do so. Speeding off ASAP out of the ruins and into Snowdin may help with this as he plans to just stick with the human, giving you free reign to enact your plan as long as you are ahead. Convincing Alphys to fully close Hotland unlike in the game where she leaves it open due to Muffet should also help buy you time to convince Asgore. Making the heroic monsters in your group aware of the human's ability to save and load will also hopefully convince them not to engage. You could also abuse your Meta knowledge and set up a shop or something right in front of a major pathway but that seems a bit desperate so i wouldn't attempt it unless all else fails. Alerting Alphys/Asgore of your predicament (you being transported to a video game as an explanation for your knowledge and incessant desire to succeed) may give them an existential crisis but its worth it if you can save everyone. The general plan: Try to evacuate the ruins, this is the hardest step, Toriel may make it difficult and if she does, just leave. Tell the royal guards of the human's oncoming violence and try to get them to call everyone in Snowdin to Snowdin Town and later to whatever evacuation spot they use in the real game. Do the same in Waterfall, attempt to convince Undyne to not engage directly with the human, make her aware of their reset powers and instead tell her to call Asgore to absorb the souls and tell Alphys to begin Hotland/New-Home evacuation, this will fail and Undyne will go fight anyways but at least you tried. If evacuations are underway, convince Alphys to fully lockdown Hotland regardless of the Spiders not leaving, if she locks it down properly anyways theres no way they'll get hurt regardless. Go yell at Asgore, use your knowledge that you have as someone who played Undertale to weaponize his insecurities against him. Tell him that the human killed Toriel, is ruthless, remind him of the save/load ability (he canonically already knows about it) and how absorbing the souls is the only way to prevent them from loading. Hope that Asgore listens and/or the plan so far has ruined the ability for the human to complete the genocide route. If you do convince Asgore, make sure to also warn him of the thieving flower who may want to steal the souls for himself. Tell Asgore about the human souls still being conscious and how they may rebel, any info you can give him is good info. Try pleading with the dead 6 human souls if it goes south, tell them the 7th's desire to murder could literally lead to the world's destruction. You may not have saved everyone, but there's no way the humans getting to level 20 now - meaning you win off the rules of the challenge. You did your best.
This seems pretty solid. I’d still be worried about Flowey though since technically you are stopping the human from completing their genocide so he would have an incentive to kill you if he finds you out
@seandorama5932 yea the main goal is for him to never find out or to be too difficult to hunt you down, preferably, which means you need to race out of the ruins and put all of your plans into place quickly while he's busy stalking Frisk. Might be worth just leaving the ruins monsters behind (as terrible as that is) to make sure he doesn't investigate anything.
yeah flowey will 100% make bridges and help them across gaps and puzzles, up until sans. and by that point its too late. like i said this dude didn't think this through at all this is a half baked attempt.
2 notes: 1. the toriel plan can be circumvented by just, lying to her, the reason she tried to block the exist in the first place can be used as a lie to convince her that "hey a human just fell down, better destroy the exist so that they don't get hurt outside" 2. a plan I haven't seen is asking fo help from napstablook, the only ways to get rid of him is to either be nice to him and spare him (something a genocider would never do) or beating him and him leaving out of akwardness (nothing a little warning can't fix)
if you exhaust the kill count before napstablook, they vanish before you even fight them, meaning they wouldn't want the trouble and would just stay out of the situation regardless
The idea of an undertale story where a simple ruins monster like a froggit brings together allies to rally the underground against a genocidal human is really interesting. I need to see a fic written of this now.
I feel like the best solution is to become a fast monster and book it straight to Sans. Sans is capable of going anywhere by walking the wrong direction and could very likely create enough time to rally thousands of monsters to your cause by proxy of just being able to go anywhere in seconds. He'd also be the best person to tell about the human because he would completely believe you if you told him something nobody should know, like his secret phrase for time travelers. He may be skeptical, but if he is, all you have to do is tell him to spy on the human for a couple minutes. Once he sees the human killing people, he would be on your side. It will also help that you, from his perspective, know how the "game" plays out and would likely be able to plan well enough to stop it as a result, which might stop him from feeling like nothing matters and motivate him. With Sans, you could go to any of the other boss monsters and get them to NOT fight the human under ANY circumstances, as well as get Asgore to either use the souls himself or give them to Undyne because Undyne is by far the most determined monster in the underground. Alternatively you could also convince the amalgamates to help, since the human is completely incapable of harming all but one of them. That alone should be enough to softlock the human. Finally, there's the option of box-form Mettaton, who apparently has the max integer value as his defense stat. Appeal to him by telling him the human won't just stop at monsters and WILL eradicate humanity too, as well as everything else. Convince him by telling him something only an outside force would know, and hopefully he will be convinced enough to stay in his box-form and impede the human's progress indefinitely.
Considering the game still works as the game, I'd just stand in front of the first door at the beggining of the underground as a Npc. The human wouldn't be able to kill me and I wouldn't have to even move.
@dylanzlol7293 I didn't thought about that Xd. I could argue that, if the human couldn't get past the first room, they wouldn't be able to trigger the event that makes toriel come in first place, but that'd be way too plot convenient, so I guess it's not a possibility.
@@Nrach00 no your plan still works, just don't stand in the way of the door. If the human doesn't kill you, then they failed the genocide run because they didn't kill every monster
- Choose whimsun for extra stealth - Sneak out of the ruins and avoid suspicious plants - Tell sans to shortcut you past asgore and use your knowledge to explain the human is a murderous time traveller. Tell him the secret codeword if needed - Get to the human souls - Tell them whats happening so they dont revolt against you - Absorb the souls and go back to kill frisk (preferably in a place where nobody will see) - Cross the barrier and steal a soul from a hospital and break the barrier (frisks soul would revolt against you probably) - Assuming you did it fast enough, alphys didn't evacuate the monsters and thus, nobody will know what happened. The ruins door is locked so nobody will know about what happened there. *Stealth ending unlocked*
Except Frisk/Chara is going to one shot you along with the timeline, so kind of pointless Flowey likely knew where the souls are in genocide if there was a neutral run before Genocide, yet he still didn't go for it Omega Flowey could fuck with Frisk/Chara all he wanted in pacifist and neutral, but he absolutely has zero chance in genocide His best bet would be going God of Hyperdeath and trying to reason with Chara and trying to SAVE them just like how they with Frisk did in pacifist. But, sadly that just isn't possible in any sensible way
@@narrativeless404 I mean. Flowery never really had a chance at GETTING the Souls, he said so himself. He NEEDED the distraction Asgore's proper fight with Frisk gave him, alongside the jars being out in the open, to actually get the SOULs.

Tiny problem. They will probably eventually get bored of killing each other and then you either have a Flowey with a human soul or Flowey is dead or just stops fighting and the human continues.
@@elainegoates9792 Wdym the human getting bored is a problem? That's exactly what I'm doing. And Flowey isn't able to get Frisk's souls because they have too much Determination.
I don’t know if you would be counted in the kill counter, as you can still just flee from encounters leaving some monsters alive as long as you hit that kill counter, so this strategy won’t work.
that wouldn't work. the reason the last few kills take so long is because the last few monsters are hiding and you're "looking for them" the human would still find you eventually
i mean i personally think itd be a good option to just go to sans tell him "im the legendary fartmaster" and then just tell him everything about this world and how everything is a lie, go through a quick exestential crisis with him, and then stop the human with him some how.
pretty simple actually just tell him to have his first turn be making his turn last as long as possible and every 10-20 minutes or so fire a gaster blaster at them or a bone
*the ruins exit is destroyed* Flowey: hey I know another way for you to get out through the ruins just head to the far end of the ruins *the room with the three levers and pulls the third one and goes through the Undertale yellow dark ruins and more monsters down there are dead too by the human* (I know Undertale yellow is not canon but it’s just what I think will have if the ruins exit is destroyed)

2:30 Step 1 is run to the nearest store and try snd steal a video camera or some way of collecting evidence of a murder. Extra note: Keep an eye out for suspicious plantlife, if spotted act natural, he cannot know who you truly are or you're doomed. Extra note 2: If you have the time, try and find a way to attain a stable amount of determination like Undyne and try and figure out how to use it to retain memories to make sure you have a different trap every timeline just incase.
@@themaximusyang8645 I mean, surely a single spider could have snuggled in a polaroid or something to at least take a photo... Edit: Spiders can't survive snowdin's cold so maybe Nabstablook?
Assuming they are a monster, I turn into the rock in the ruins that sasses back upon trying to be pushed, and refuse to move onto the button- or I just hide from Frisk, if I'm that scared. The player cannot move me by game mechanics like they can to the other two rocks, and Flowey doesn't start depressing puzzle switches with vines until after he's fully convinced Frisk is Chara after the player has fully genocided the ruins- which the player cannot do without getting past my puzzle to kill Toriel- nor can Toriel reach the player to be harmed if I am simultaneously blocking her from crossing the room as well. Therefore, the player is stopped by an impassable spike puzzle, which only I, rock-guy, can control.
@@zoetime9087 Can’t. Spike puzzle blocks both ways. She’s on one side, Human’s on the other, and I refuse to let either cross. In fact, it seems the only way to deactivate the spikes is from the side that Toriel is NOT on.

My idea is to use Napstablook as a barrier. In the game he only lowered his health to make the human happy (if you fight him) and then he leaves the battle. But he could very well just stay in the battle forever, pretty much like when sans stopped atacking, but this time it would work because napstablook will never die to any physical attack, and the human doesn't know how to use magic. We can use napstablook to stall the human forever while you and the rest of the monsters think about a perfect plan to permanently stop the human, we cant just let poor napstablook just stall forever after all

One thing about Flowey is that he's in-universe 100%'d Undertale. He's seen and done everything one can meaningfully see and do in the underground. Other than a connection to Chara, the reason he's interested in Frisk is because Frisk represents a new, unknown element. If we are a human getting teleported to the world as a monster, we just might have the same capabilities as Frisk. If not at least a watered down version. This exercise assumes our body won't give out from determination, so there's no reason to suspect we can't also use save points and the like. And Flowey may even take an interest in us. We can use that.
IF we would count Undertale Yellow canon to this scenarion, than even if you destroy main entrance from Ruins, Flowey or Human himself may find the other way, maybe even the one that Clover used to get to Snowdin. From there Human can also get to Dunes and Mines to gain LV. So you'll have to also block any elevators, so that Human could'nt get to Hotland through Steamworks. Sadly you'll have to choose to save monsters from Snowdin/Waterfall and from Dunes/Mines P.S I would also love to see the same video about Undetale Yellow plot, if it's possible
So here is the plan: - Be a froggit (preferably the one you encounter first) - Immediatly rush to Ruins enterance following Toriel - Kill Flowey after he gets knocked away by Toriel, he would still be hurt - Go to the rock puzzle and carry the rocks across the puzzle by jumping over the spikes - Boom, human stuck with no Flowey to help
You probably would need to make sure Toriel doesnt return to aid the human and ghost boi wont show up later there to offer help, but other than that solid plan
My plan is to somehow get asriel to absorb every soul and then he cannot lose since it's a "genocide route". the only reason he ever lost is because of pacifism.
flowey won't listen to you as he helps the player until san is beaten/smh and by that point its too late as he and asgore never talked, so the souls are off the table.
@@AngelOfNoMercy best you can do is try to convince flowey that "The Human that fell down is actually a demon posing as their deceased sibling and you are from the future and know they will use him." XD
You could try setting up a literal shop in the cheese hallway, and said shop creates a shop screen. Shopkeepers are invulnerable, as Gerson knows (and Burgerpants stumbles into), so from there, all you have to do is not enter a fight and not close shop. Just like that, impassable barricade.
1. become Froggit 2. become Shaay with every speed run trick and glitch in existence 3. make sans lick an ice cream and stall the human without battling forever, and if he sleeps you can take shifts with him interchangeablely so the human can never break free
Heres my plan, if I can get to Asgore, and convince him to either A run the ones with the human, of B have him use the souls either himself, or giving them to Flowey, because the only reason the Human beat Omega Flowey is because the souls turned on him, but they would not help Frisk on a genocide run.
I could see the souls helping frisk on the evil route in any battle where they were involved. It's possible some or all of the souls were also evil or are vengeful/hate monsters now that they're dead. I imagine the way to beat omega ashore if it was an actual fight in the game is the same as omega flowy. Using act to manipulate and deceive instead of persuade kindly.
Flowey would backstab you and become god and control both humanity and monsterkind if you gave him the souls, which isnt an actual solution imo. Besides, asgore isnt going to give the souls to flowey since flowey says that he couldnt get him to show the souls
@@dolfy-tube sure, but the title says "how to stop *A* genocide run in undertale", therefore, i believe that the win conditions is to prevent any genocide of any kind from happening at all, so even if you can stop the human from commiting genocide, i'd consider it a failure if you had to resort to getting someone else to kill everyone instead.

I'll convince alphys to let out the amalgamates to attack them. Not only are the amalgamates said to be invincible, they have determination, so they'll remember the resets
This is not true pacifist this is genocide meaning alphys won’t show them no matter what, she will probably be confused and scared as to how you know her secret and refuse it because she has not been convinced to show the underground them yet. Just my thoughts on this.

Which isn't much, but you should be able to tank a lv 1 attack if you're caught off guard and lower your enemies morale for a few seconds as they see the weakest enemy avoid peril, speaking of fleeing, yeah, they can flee on their own, a rarely seen feat that I'm unsure if other monsters are capable of considering when a Froggit tries to fee, they just produce the flavor text from Chara saying "Froggit is trying to get away"
it's really cool to see how people come up with different solutions, each supported by different aspects in game. love to see people sharing the same passion here. for the question, i wonder if preventing the human from encountering toriel or evacuating snowdrake would work, since the game requires facing and killing the area boss, and snowdrake is also one of the monsters who are required to kill... i also love the idea of telling sans his triple secret codeword and explaining everything, as said by someone here. communication with other characters is very likely the key so that sounds cool.
Here’s my take on this, including: new solutions on what might work, some solutions i thought of that would fail, and reasons why literally almost everything in this video wouldn’t work There’s a lot of ways you could try to block the path but most wouldn’t work, while most rooms have a puzzle you must solve to lower spikes, if the human had no other way they’d just bear having holes in their feet until the next save point, breaking up the cracked floor areas like that leaf maze one won’t work either cause they take pity on any one who falls 11 times, Convincing Toriel 100% to go through with her plan to destroy the door to the ruins could work but would be pretty hard Now back to stuff that wouldn’t work, the “gate” papyrus has blocking your way into snowdinn not only isn’t a gate but isn’t real at all, the giant pit is just a well painted floor, so breaking the bridge wouldn’t stop them, if it’s possible you could steal the deadly gauntlet of terror from papyrus and activate it at the other bridge but that would be pretty hard cause of how vigilant he is and even if you do the human would eventually overcome it given enough tries, can’t break that bridge either as it’s also a painted floor Waterfall would be where their quest to end monsterkind would finally end, as that’s the first place with real bridges and pits people can fall into Alternatively if you get stopped from sabotaging waterfall by Undyne or whatever you could also go to hotlands and disable any of the steam vents to end their run there And if somehow they magically find a way through waterfall AND SWIM THROUGH LAVA IN HOTLAND as a final resort you could blow up the core, killing the human but also ensuring that monsterkind, even those who evacuated, dies out from the lack of food or electricity so uhhhh don’t do that As a better, less dooming for monsterkind solution you could also somehow break into alphys’s lab, steal all the remaining determination from her experiments, then go to asgore, convince him to give you all 6 human souls, take the souls and the drugs and finally just pray that Lv20 hasn’t made them so strong that their determination still overpowers you at 6 and a half souls(even then there’s a very high chance it might due to the whole “deleting all of existence forever before getting bored and asking chara to rebuild the entire universe” thing) Or if you come into existence before the human falls into the underground you could just rip out the flowerbed and have their head explode onto the rocks, but I’m assuming you came into existence some time after the human fell down Now as for non trap related situations, ganging up MIGHT work?? The whole “game that knows it’s a game” thing is a core part of Undertale(and Deltarune but this video isn’t about stopping Snowgrave Route so me) the weird rules of battles everyone abides by isn’t out of courtesy, it’s because they have to(that’s how sans is so strong, due to his… everything, he can just ignore the games rules) so max people you could have is three, so get Undyne and Sans, then convince them to wait in judgement hall for them to kill everyone until Lv19 as you need sans’s karma and invuln ignore for him to be useful at all, sans would be easily convince considering that’s what he already does but convincing Undyne to stand back while the human kills everyone she knows is gonna be very hard, finally, pool Undyne’s and Sans’s money together to send Temmie to Cooleg and get Temmie Armor and the unloaded gun from mettaton’s trash so you aren’t useless(and yes this would be possible, Undyne is the captain of the royal guard, one of the highest ranks in the underground, and sans has like 6 jobs including being one of the few people who has either outranks or matches the royal guard captain, plus he owns the only mansion in snowdin, this tangent isn’t important uhh back to the thing) so then you’d have Undyne go first, get stabbed and become Undying(however she would be weaker then in a normal play through considering the fact the human is stronger than they usually fight her at), then sans joins in and you as well with your Jerry levels of defense and decent damage, while by yourselves you would all lose to the human, together you would be practically impossible to fight against(especially considering it’s not just sans who ignores the invulnerability frames, it’s disabled when you fight him and never reenables, which means you and Undyne would also do damage, tho you’d both have a very low damage of like 2 or 3 because of the human’s armor, but 3 a frame is still death in half a second), and the human would have a very hard time dodging sans’s and undyne and you all at the same time, so they’d get hit way more, and they’d either give up or spend literal real life days trying to fight you But incase the plans to make it impossible to pass certain areas, make it impossible to reset and making it impossible to beat sans ALL SOMEHOW FAIL then your last chance is to make it impossible to start a genocide run in the first place, there are three ways of doing this, 1 is to be so depressing and nihilistic that you can convince sans to not care even after the human has killed almost everyone, as sans is needed to reach Lv20 and destroy the world, alternatively you could also try to convince as many people to evacuate as you can, stopping the human from getting a high level, not everyone would listen so they would still get a few levels, 3-4 if your lucky and 18 if you really manage to fuck up at convincing people, either way though it doesn’t matter, as this plan wouldn’t work. This is because when sans judges you he decides to fight you based on your MurderLevel stat and not Lv, MurderLevel is a series of flags that go up when you kill everyone you can, meaning no matter how many people you evacuate, if the human kills everyone in their path they will fight sans, and sans is coded to always give however much Exp you need to get to Lv20, meaning wether you evacuate literally every encounter except for 1 vulkin, or if you can’t convince anyone to evacuate, the human will still reach Lv20 And as a final way of stopping them from killing everyone, you could force everyone into a shop like gerson, would be hard to convince everyone considering only gerson knows about this trick so some people might not believe you, but it would also be really funny sooo Tl;Dr: Here’s what you COULDNT do: Trap the human in The Ruins by sabotaging the puzzles Trap the human in snowdin Evacuate all monsters Defeat the human on your own Here’s what you COULD do: Trap the human in Waterfall Trap the human in Hotland Blow up the core, killing all monsters but the human as well Convince sans to start day drinking Rip out the flowerbed at the start so the human doesn’t even get to play the game And here’s what MIGHT work: Convincing Toriel to block off the ruins exit Absorbing the 6 souls yourself to overwrite their savefile Banding together with Undyne and Sans to make a fight so unfair and unrewarding that the human stops wanting to play anymore Hoping Papyrus’s Gauntlet of Terror is strong enough to stop the human from ever passing through(super unlikely tho) The “haha you can’t kill shopkeepers” Underground-Wide Shop
Here’s how I think the market plan would go “oh, hey kid. what’s with that look on your face? ya wondering why we turned mettaton tower into a giant supermarket? well ya see kid, we were out there looking for ways to stop you, cause even if we were to evacuate monsters you could find em, we were coming up with all sorts a plans, blocking off places, banding the underground’s strongest to fight you, trying to extract the DT from your soul with one of alph’s machines, all sorts a things yknow? when suddenly somebody speaks up with an idea, gerson, asgore’s old right hand man from back during the war. but anyways he tells us a neat thing, a rumor about an ancient spell set by the strongest mages back before the human-monster relations fell through, one that was supposedly made to protect shopkeeps from criminals. yknow, people like you. we weren’t too sold on the idea, it seemed pretty fishy, like cmon, a spell made by the strongest human mages? and to make it worse, he was the only person who knew about it, even asgore seemed to not remember it, which made this whole “spell” even more suspicious. so we deny his plan, but he’s determined to show us its true, so he has alph’s set up one of her camera’s up near his shop. and yknow what? turn’s out he was right! man the look on your face when you realized you couldn’t do anything to him, heh, it was HILARIOUS. but after we saw this we realized this could be the way to save monsterkind, just keep the evacuee’s behind this little shack and wait for you to finally either give up and cross the barrier or starve. nothing you can really do about it yknow? anyways, wanna buy something? no foods for sale considering the whole “starve you out” thing but the spell requires something to sell, and i think it requires something that someone would want to buy too. not sure but eh, can’t ever bee too safe yknow? so just to make sure i decided to sell something i KNOW you want, so take a look at my wares if you want to” *BUY “ Master Key - 99999G Sans’s Story - 99999G Fried Snow - 9999999999G Nothing - 1G My Gratitude - 1 Soul(choosing this results in you instantly dying, with the “stay determined” being replaced with “huh. didn’t think you’d go for that, well thanks I guess, but if you really want my gratitude… then don’t come back.” If you reset and come back after this, this no longer shows up in the shop) “ *TALK “eh, sure kid. whaddya wanna talk about?” *SKELETON KEY “oh that? well that’s my key. my skeleton key, opens every skelelock in the underground, sadly there are no skelelocks in the underground” *MASTER KEY “ohhhh you meant THAT skeleton key, yeah that’s some sort of signing bonus for being the judge, comes with the job, opens about every lock in the underground im pretty sure. why, ya looking to buy it?” *SANS’S STORY “…well ya see, it all started when i was just a kid, me and papyrus were out playing in NEW HOME, when suddenly… i realized you didn’t pay for this! end of story.” *FRIED SNOW “ah looking to buy my fried snow? sorry if it’s a bit expensive, with all that’s been going on the demand in the fried snow market has been booming, so I had to up the price” *NOTHING “ah you don’t wanna talk about anything? fair enough, see ya!” (You get booted out of the shop screen) *TALK *NOTHING ITEM “ohhhhh THAT nothing, welp, ya ready for the pitch of your lifetime?” (Papyrus starts speaking) “HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU?? ‘WOW WHAT A NEAT LOCKET ON THE GROUND I SHOULD GO PICK IT UP. I have a strategy that ALWAYS works no matter what monster you are, but it takes a lot of planning, and it very much feels like cheating to me because of how "meta" it gets. Prior to being teleported to Undertale, very thoroughly memorize Undertale's dialogue, sprites, etc. (if you can't prepare then it still works but you will have to rely only on your existing knowledge). Then once you are teleported to the Undertale universe as a monster in the Underground: - Gain access to a computer, try to learn game development using whatever programming languages / game engines they have in the Undertale universe. - Still inside in the Undertale universe, develop an Undertale clone/replica game which is almost exactly the same as the original via your knowledge of Undertale and game development. - Convince the player to play the Undertale clone inside of Undertale instead of playing Undertale directly, since it's a near-identical experience and they won't actually kill any monsters in your universe. If you can't trust the player to accept that deal, gaslight them into thinking they're playing the actual Undertale by placing your computer with the game open right next to their landing spot-based on the Punch-Out minigame in Deltarune, minigames / games inside of the game will appear in full screen so to the player it will look exactly as if they were playing the real Undertale.
Simple, every time the human kills a monster, join the battle and fill every bit of the screen with bullets until they die and if they keep killing, repeat this until they spare the monster
5:45 talking about flowey... don't forget that in the genocide route flowey would be an ally instead of a foe to the human, which means that you would also have to deal with him trying to stop your plans. Edit: Also saving monsters from genocide ONLY works in the "player's brought to the world as a monster and still has full acknowledge of the game", because if it wasn't the case you wouldn't even try for obvious reasons.
The goal is to just STOP them from doing the genocide route right??? As in keeping the world from getting erased, so all ya gotta do is successfully lead a few monsters outside of the ruins so that the human can never reach the required exp amount to complete the genocide reqs and basically soft lock them onto a neutral route. Since you'd be in a time loop you wouldn't have to worry about doing it over and over again since you'd just automatically do it. While the humans busy wondering why tf genocide won't trigger I'll be in hotland or smth simping for Muffet.
This made me remember that I once wanted to make an Undertale fangame where you are the boss or random monster and you throw attack patterns that the enemy CPU will dodge, and you can use the overworld to set traps or stalk the human to delay him xD 2:11 maybe you could take into account that the human is avoiding the pattern as if he already knew it so you go full RNG
There is one unfortunate problem with the permanent “solution”: Flowey is helping Frisk out during Genocide since he thinks Frisk is Chara, during Genocide he automatically disabled some puzzles for you. And since Flowey’s pretty dangerous already and has already killed the others before, doesn’t matter how many you have, he knows how everyone fights, so he’ll most likely come out on top. The only way to stop Frisk’s or the Player’s Genocide, is to convince Flowey to help you.
He doesn’t know your fights though, you are a completely new variable, so he might be caught off guard by someone he has never met and has meta knowledge
That or possibly see if you could get the souls while managing to convince the souls. Once you have 7 souls by killing the human (since you wouldn't do what Flowey did and let them come back which led to Flowey loosing), you have full control and the souls won't rebel due to you having infinite stats.
Destroying the bridge could be a good solution if you come here in time before the human. As said before, you don't know how many times the human resets unless you've seen the look on their face, and if you get enough time, the human's only chance is by winning as much time as possible to arrive before you destroy the bridge. Though, not everything is lost if the human somehow manages to get through the bridge before you can go there. Sure, the human will save and thus you can't redo your trick again, but worst to come, you can do the Mad Dummy Technique. Basically, just make sure it's NEVER the human's turn. Prepare as much food as possible, because you only have two goals and you can't afford yourself to fail them: Avoid being hit by a ghost's tears and avoid falling asleep. This means the human's just stuck forever, which is another dead end to fully make the human give up. The bottom line of both of these techniques is that if the human cannot go any further, the human will give up.
Techically all you would have to do to stop the run is convince muffet to go through with evacuation or alphys to shut the door anyways because the only reason we make it through is because Alphys bless her naive soul doesnt want to block off the rest of the underground because of muffet staying behind to fight, to let her escape too if she survived or changed her mind
Step 1: Get items to sell (It can be litterally anything, from a pebble you found on the ground to a godlike artifact of unlimited power, it doesn't matter.) Step 2: Set up a shop that blocks the ruins exit (Make sure all of your items are obserdly overpriced so you don't run out of them.) Step 3: Profit *(Another good method if this fails would be to use the items you gathered to take hits for Mettaton EX/Sans.)*
Flowey is technically not a boss during the start of the game, picking flowey and having full access to their abilities while also having knowledge of toriels actions, you can stop genocide.
As long as you let the human gain a lil bit of karma then you'll be able to handle them. Cus I'm pretty sure if you fight the human at the start their immunity frames will be a pain in the ass
An issue I see with Asgore absorbing the human souls is the possibility that the souls might turn on him like they did Flowey. Sure, flowey was much worse from our perspective, but Asgore was either directly or indirectly responsible for their deaths, so I could definitely see them turning on him, unless they also realised that the human would go on to destroy not just monsters, but everyone. And even then, while in Flowey's fight he "deleted" our save and he acted like we were only able to come back because he enjoyed killing us over and over again, but the same can't be said for Asriel's fight at the end of the pacifist run, where we came back through sheer determination, despite him being more powerful (at least lore-wise) than "Omega" Flowey. I don't think impossible odds, insurmountable numbers, or difficult/frustrating attacks could ever be enough to truly deal with the level of determination the human has. The only thing I can think of that could potentially fully stop them is if the monsters found a way to make the experience so insufferable, tedious, boring and/or annoying that they just quit. Also on a less relevant note, this question reminds me of that Dorky skit "If Videogame Bosses Were Actually Smart".
If anything, Sans literally did what you said, make his fight unfair, unable to make his turn ends, attack while it's their turns, and more. The only issue is due to the fact that, A) he can die in one hit, and B) he can't remember reloads. So if Sans teams up with a ghost like Napstablook or Mew Mew, then he can just use them as meat shields since they can't die by them, and just rest and continue the never ending battle.
Step 1: find sans Step 2: convince him to absorb the souls and fight the human (but with decreased karma cuz the human hasn’t killed as many monsters yet) Step 3: pray that the player is a 6 year old and doesn’t have an older brother.
Since there are Monsters that do remember things (they are only in states of Deja Vu) it could be possible to have some slight idea of remembering things by remembering when it starts that if you feel like something happened before and that you are reliving something, you are since it is very much likely a SAVE was LOADed or a RESET occurred.
I’m going to become fallen down while Alphys is doing the amalgamate experiments, become one of them, and eventually leave the true lab to steal the SOULs from Asgore and use my own save.
You don't need to be fallen down if you could convince alphys to experiment on you. Just don't come into contact with others they would probably jeopardize the plan
If I were to stop the human, I’d choose either Whimsalot or Final Froggit since TECHNICALLY they are Ruins Monsters in the HARDMODE soooo One, get a group of strong ruins monsters like Vegetoid or Froggit and before the human shows up, try and find Sans, then try and convince him to teleport me and the group of monsters to the Barrier and consume the SOULs and or tell Asgore to consume them. secret ending: flowey consumes the souls and the souls of my group and the events of Inverted Fate happen
In the Genocide Route, Muffet says that Alphys wanted to close off the exit to Hotland to stop the Human She was waiting for Muffet to come so she can close it and save everyone, but Muffet stayed behind, so the exit to Hotland was never closed So all we gotta do is tell Alphys that Muffet died so she can Close it
There's a book called "The Empty Box and Zeroth Maria" and the first volume is all about how to win against an opponent who can loop events and try again infinitely. Here's my idea: So since we have knowledge of the attack before it happens, we can plan for it before it happens, which means we have time to make a strategy that potentially involves the entire underground. In the story, there are those who experience the loop (in Undertale would be the mc and Flowey), and those who don't (everyone else). Distinguishing them is all about their differences in behavior. In other words, information and mental games are key. We already know who is looping and who is not, so that is solved. Now we need to defeat the reseter, and this is actually pretty simple. We just instruct every monster in the underground, no matter how weak they are, to make their attack turn as long as possible. We haven't seen a rule that limits the time for turns, so everyone could just be agonizingly slow. From there it's just some simple math and mind games. We multiply the duration (long) of each fight by each monster there is, and we have everyone fight together. By the time the looper learns how to defeat all the monsters and tries to defeat all of them (very slow) they would hopefully go crazy as the battles multiply out to a very large number that no sane or insane human could tolerate. The good thing about this is that for the monsters, it would take about an hour or so to defeat them, and no one has to die. Since each past loop isn't experienced by the monsters, they'll be fighting him for the first time every time, while the looper has been experiencing it many many times. The mind game aspect depends on believing that the looper will eventually be driven to insanity and forced to give up, which we already have a precedent for in the case of Flowey. We also all fight him either together or in a row so he has no chance to save. Forcing him to restart fighting all the earlier monsters each time he resets, making it even longer. So tl;dr have everyone go super slow and give no chance to save, hope that we drive them crazy or bored.
Any non boss ruins monster means you can be a Micro-Froggit the human won't even be able to encounter you... though I imagine they probably aren't very fast....
4:00 When you reach snowdin your pretty much set for all other plans, let sans know everything you do and he'd be certain to help come up with a plan, whether it be he stalls for you to do something else or he takes you on a shortcut to anywhere within reason... Heck, he can get you to the castle so you can tell Asgore to absorb the 6 souls or you'll do it yourself... Wait, I don't think we'd know exactly how to do that or how magic even works come to think of it... tell Asgore to absorb the 6 souls or you'll make sans do it! Or... Someone... Maybe even just warn all the layer bosses about Frisk, have them band together and destroy the tiny bridge papyrus made and alphys can set up motion sensing turrets in proximity. Heck, box form mettaton is still invincible at the level Frisk would be at.... If you can get to sans first and he can get you to Alphys in time, you can beg Mettaton to save the day WAY earlier... Heck, at the coloured tile maze he can just put Frisk in a chokehold... Or at least just force an encounter and do the same 1 attack until Frisk slips up... Or better yet, find the *_Dog._* Not sure what it would do, but it's always absent during most of the genocide route... Hopefully it'll do something.
I wonder why the preview comment showed me this message, but it took me like a minute to scroll down to actually find it. Sorry if this doesn't make sense.
>spawn in as a froggit >dive into the water in that one ruins room >human cannot fight me (a monster that can be fought) without getting soggy (plus the game prevents the human from going into the water anyways), so the kill count is uncompletable and therefore they are locked into neutral >win
Assuming you can abuse game mechanics, simply evacuating Snowdrake to the True Lab would be enough to abort the run, and the fact that his mom is literally there might help with convincing him to do it. That being said, this assumes the evacuation starts early, so you'd have to convince Alphys that there's an evil human coming before they even leave the Ruins.
My strat: somehow convince every single monster to attack the human at once. (Soneone actually made a video of showcasing all of the monsters in one battle and it's pandemonium. They hacked in 999 HP to compensate, but Frisk certainly does not have 999 HP normally)
My plan would be: 1.Find Flowey 2.Bash some common sense into him and make him realize that he will be killed at the end too so he needs to do something 3.Remind him to not toy with the human and to JUST GO FOR A KILL to not risk souls rebelling 4.Tell him where the souls are so he can stand a chance 5.Hope he doesn’t fuck that up

The issue isn't that he doesn't know, it's that he can't actually get to them because of Asgore. He even says as much (I believe right before going Omega? I'll fact-check in a second)
@aboogala4678 I would take everything he says as flowey OUTSIDE OF GENO ROUTE, cause there he shows more honesty and on neutral he might be messing with you there, therefore quoting Flowey "I've appeased everyone. I've killed everyone" implies he got past Asgore, so him not getting the souls could only happen if he didn't know where they are, otherwise he would have absorbed them already.

However, you can still destroy it.

oh my gawsh what a good idea bbg

4- With flowey, go immediately to Papyrus, also tell him you come from another timeline and convince only he could save the univere, (shouldn't be hard.)
5- Go to Alphys and tell her you are from the future and a demon posed as Chara the princess is going on killing everyone in the Ruins and everyone should evacuate.
(you can add the demon is posing as his diseased child and killed his wife to enrage him.)
9- Have Flowey become Omega Flowey and tell him to just pass the barrier and grab the first human soul he sees, though this might antagonise some monsters toward you, tell them only 7 souls can stop the demon and add flowey should only take the soul of a diseased or elderly person etc. (This is also the hard part.)
10- Have flowey take a soul, come back, become God of Hyperdeath and break the barrier.
Bonus- You can have Asriel pmuch destroy the human until they give up as they have inf stats and this isn't pacifist meaning ASriel won't sulk and cry because they think the human is Chara. Meanwhile, just go to the surface. You can try to take souls for yourself but this option is really risky.

The general plan:
Try to evacuate the ruins, this is the hardest step, Toriel may make it difficult and if she does, just leave.

@@evilness3404 the only question is what monster to take form as that’s fast enough…

2 notes:
1. the toriel plan can be circumvented by just, lying to her, the reason she tried to block the exist in the first place can be used as a lie to convince her that "hey a human just fell down, better destroy the exist so that they don't get hurt outside"
2. a plan I haven't seen is asking fo help from napstablook, the only ways to get rid of him is to either be nice to him and spare him (something a genocider would never do) or beating him and him leaving out of akwardness (nothing a little warning can't fix)
if you exhaust the kill count before napstablook, they vanish before you even fight them, meaning they wouldn't want the trouble and would just stay out of the situation regardless

The idea of an undertale story where a simple ruins monster like a froggit brings together allies to rally the underground against a genocidal human is really interesting. I need to see a fic written of this now.
write the fic yourself coward
My plan is to set up a shop in an important doorway, blocking it off permanently because shopkeeepers can't be attacked.

Considering the game still works as the game, I'd just stand in front of the first door at the beggining of the underground as a Npc. The human wouldn't be able to kill me and I wouldn't have to even move.

THe easiest solution is to open a shop right in front of a door the human HAS to go through.
As we know from gerson, shopkeepers are immortals.
Sadly you'll have to choose to save monsters from Snowdin/Waterfall and from Dunes/Mines
P.S I would also love to see the same video about Undetale Yellow plot, if it's possible
So here is the plan:
- Be a froggit (preferably the one you encounter first)
- Immediatly rush to Ruins enterance following Toriel
- Kill Flowey after he gets knocked away by Toriel, he would still be hurt
- Go to the rock puzzle and carry the rocks across the puzzle by jumping over the spikes

@@michaeldoerrler2363The humans could also use save files. I doubt they died against their own will. They gave up. And lost their DT because of it.
Flowey would backstab you and become god and control both humanity and monsterkind if you gave him the souls, which isnt an actual solution imo. Besides, asgore isnt going to give the souls to flowey since flowey says that he couldnt get him to show the souls

I'll convince alphys to let out the amalgamates to attack them. Not only are the amalgamates said to be invincible, they have determination, so they'll remember the resets
Thats a damn good plan
This is not true pacifist this is genocide meaning alphys won’t show them no matter what, she will probably be confused and scared as to how you know her secret and refuse it because she has not been convinced to show the underground them yet.
Just my thoughts on this.
The amalgamates are strong but I feel like the genocider would find a way. Undyne is very similar to them. Their resistence will likely fail in front of power.

it's really cool to see how people come up with different solutions, each supported by different aspects in game. love to see people sharing the same passion here. for the question, i wonder if preventing the human from encountering toriel or evacuating snowdrake would work, since the game requires facing and killing the area boss, and snowdrake is also one of the monsters who are required to kill...
i also love the idea of telling sans his triple secret codeword and explaining everything, as said by someone here. communication with other characters is very likely the key so that sounds cool.
Here’s my take on this, including: new solutions on what might work, some solutions i thought of that would fail, and reasons why literally almost everything in this video wouldn’t work
There’s a lot of ways you could try to block the path but most wouldn’t work, while most rooms have a puzzle you must solve to lower spikes, if the human had no other way they’d just bear having holes in their feet until the next save point, breaking up the cracked floor areas like that leaf maze one won’t work either cause they take pity on any one who falls 11 times,
Convincing Toriel 100% to go through with her plan to destroy the door to the ruins could work but would be pretty hard
Now back to stuff that wouldn’t work, the “gate” papyrus has blocking your way into snowdinn not only isn’t a gate but isn’t real at all, the giant pit is just a well painted floor, so breaking the bridge wouldn’t stop them, if it’s possible you could steal the deadly gauntlet of terror from papyrus and activate it at the other bridge but that would be pretty hard cause of how vigilant he is and even if you do the human would eventually overcome it given enough tries, can’t break that bridge either as it’s also a painted floor
Waterfall would be where their quest to end monsterkind would finally end, as that’s the first place with real bridges and pits people can fall into
Alternatively if you get stopped from sabotaging waterfall by Undyne or whatever you could also go to hotlands and disable any of the steam vents to end their run there
And if somehow they magically find a way through waterfall AND SWIM THROUGH LAVA IN HOTLAND as a final resort you could blow up the core, killing the human but also ensuring that monsterkind, even those who evacuated, dies out from the lack of food or electricity so uhhhh don’t do that
As a better, less dooming for monsterkind solution you could also somehow break into alphys’s lab, steal all the remaining determination from her experiments, then go to asgore, convince him to give you all 6 human souls, take the souls and the drugs and finally just pray that Lv20 hasn’t made them so strong that their determination still overpowers you at 6 and a half souls(even then there’s a very high chance it might due to the whole “deleting all of existence forever before getting bored and asking chara to rebuild the entire universe” thing)
Or if you come into existence before the human falls into the underground you could just rip out the flowerbed and have their head explode onto the rocks, but I’m assuming you came into existence some time after the human fell down
Now as for non trap related situations, ganging up MIGHT work?? The whole “game that knows it’s a game” thing is a core part of Undertale(and Deltarune but this video isn’t about stopping Snowgrave Route so me) the weird rules of battles everyone abides by isn’t out of courtesy, it’s because they have to(that’s how sans is so strong, due to his… everything, he can just ignore the games rules) so max people you could have is three, so get Undyne and Sans, then convince them to wait in judgement hall for them to kill everyone until Lv19 as you need sans’s karma and invuln ignore for him to be useful at all, sans would be easily convince considering that’s what he already does but convincing Undyne to stand back while the human kills everyone she knows is gonna be very hard, finally, pool Undyne’s and Sans’s money together to send Temmie to Cooleg and get Temmie Armor and the unloaded gun from mettaton’s trash so you aren’t useless(and yes this would be possible, Undyne is the captain of the royal guard, one of the highest ranks in the underground, and sans has like 6 jobs including being one of the few people who has either outranks or matches the royal guard captain, plus he owns the only mansion in snowdin, this tangent isn’t important uhh back to the thing) so then you’d have Undyne go first, get stabbed and become Undying(however she would be weaker then in a normal play through considering the fact the human is stronger than they usually fight her at), then sans joins in and you as well with your Jerry levels of defense and decent damage, while by yourselves you would all lose to the human, together you would be practically impossible to fight against(especially considering it’s not just sans who ignores the invulnerability frames, it’s disabled when you fight him and never reenables, which means you and Undyne would also do damage, tho you’d both have a very low damage of like 2 or 3 because of the human’s armor, but 3 a frame is still death in half a second), and the human would have a very hard time dodging sans’s and undyne and you all at the same time, so they’d get hit way more, and they’d either give up or spend literal real life days trying to fight you
But incase the plans to make it impossible to pass certain areas, make it impossible to reset and making it impossible to beat sans ALL SOMEHOW FAIL then your last chance is to make it impossible to start a genocide run in the first place, there are three ways of doing this, 1 is to be so depressing and nihilistic that you can convince sans to not care even after the human has killed almost everyone, as sans is needed to reach Lv20 and destroy the world, alternatively you could also try to convince as many people to evacuate as you can, stopping the human from getting a high level, not everyone would listen so they would still get a few levels, 3-4 if your lucky and 18 if you really manage to fuck up at convincing people, either way though it doesn’t matter, as this plan wouldn’t work. This is because when sans judges you he decides to fight you based on your MurderLevel stat and not Lv, MurderLevel is a series of flags that go up when you kill everyone you can, meaning no matter how many people you evacuate, if the human kills everyone in their path they will fight sans, and sans is coded to always give however much Exp you need to get to Lv20, meaning wether you evacuate literally every encounter except for 1 vulkin, or if you can’t convince anyone to evacuate, the human will still reach Lv20
And as a final way of stopping them from killing everyone, you could force everyone into a shop like gerson, would be hard to convince everyone considering only gerson knows about this trick so some people might not believe you, but it would also be really funny sooo
Tl;Dr:
Here’s what you COULDNT do:
Trap the human in The Ruins by sabotaging the puzzles
Trap the human in snowdin
Evacuate all monsters
Defeat the human on your own
Here’s what you COULD do:
Trap the human in Waterfall
Trap the human in Hotland
Blow up the core, killing all monsters but the human as well
Convince sans to start day drinking
Rip out the flowerbed at the start so the human doesn’t even get to play the game
And here’s what MIGHT work:
Convincing Toriel to block off the ruins exit
Absorbing the 6 souls yourself to overwrite their savefile
Banding together with Undyne and Sans to make a fight so unfair and unrewarding that the human stops wanting to play anymore
Hoping Papyrus’s Gauntlet of Terror is strong enough to stop the human from ever passing through(super unlikely tho)

Then once you are teleported to the Undertale universe as a monster in the Underground:
- Gain access to a computer, try to learn game development using whatever programming languages / game engines they have in the Undertale universe.

This made me remember that I once wanted to make an Undertale fangame where you are the boss or random monster and you throw attack patterns that the enemy CPU will dodge, and you can use the overworld to set traps or stalk the human to delay him xD
2:11 maybe you could take into account that the human is avoiding the pattern as if he already knew it so you go full RNG
There is one unfortunate problem with the permanent “solution”:
Flowey is helping Frisk out during Genocide since he thinks Frisk is Chara, during Genocide he automatically disabled some puzzles for you.
Still, doesn’t change the fact that in order to really stop Frisk, we need Flowey’s help.
@@aureliamastergoomba1278 I know, I’m just saying us being completely new would help us get him on our side
That or possibly see if you could get the souls while managing to convince the souls. Once you have 7 souls by killing the human (since you wouldn't do what Flowey did and let them come back which led to Flowey loosing), you have full control and the souls won't rebel due to you having infinite stats.
The human can't memorize the attack patterns if theres so many projectiles on the screen that it just looks like a white box

Step 1: Get items to sell (It can be litterally anything, from a pebble you found on the ground to a godlike artifact of unlimited power, it doesn't matter.)
Step 2: Set up a shop that blocks the ruins exit (Make sure all of your items are obserdly overpriced so you don't run out of them.)
Step 3: Profit
*(Another good method if this fails would be to use the items you gathered to take hits for Mettaton EX/Sans.)*
Flowey is technically not a boss during the start of the game, picking flowey and having full access to their abilities while also having knowledge of toriels actions, you can stop genocide.
1. become sans
2. name yourself merg
As long as you let the human gain a lil bit of karma then you'll be able to handle them.
Cus I'm pretty sure if you fight the human at the start their immunity frames will be a pain in the ass
You can't be any boss Monsters... Only non-boss Monsters
@@GreenKnight07 I've been telling that to everyone for hundreds of times already to the point that I just gave up and went along with their plan
@GreenKnight07 Sans is not a boss monster. Torial Asgore and Asrial are and maybe Garson is.
I doubt they'd even turn on flowey in the geno run, they know what the human's plans are
Step 1: find sans
Step 2: convince him to absorb the souls and fight the human (but with decreased karma cuz the human hasn’t killed as many monsters yet)
Step 3: pray that the player is a 6 year old and doesn’t have an older brother.
Just cut the golden flowers that soften the fall and move rocks to be there, the human will just fall to death
Sounds excruciating.
You don't need to be fallen down if you could convince alphys to experiment on you. Just don't come into contact with others they would probably jeopardize the plan
0:26 whimsum, so i can fly, mobility is the key for this scenario
If I were to stop the human, I’d choose either Whimsalot or Final Froggit since TECHNICALLY they are Ruins Monsters in the HARDMODE soooo
One, get a group of strong ruins monsters like Vegetoid or Froggit and before the human shows up, try and find Sans, then try and convince him to teleport me and the group of monsters to the Barrier and consume the SOULs and or tell Asgore to consume them.
secret ending: flowey consumes the souls and the souls of my group and the events of Inverted Fate happen
In the Genocide Route, Muffet says that Alphys wanted to close off the exit to Hotland to stop the Human
She was waiting for Muffet to come so she can close it and save everyone, but Muffet stayed behind, so the exit to Hotland was never closed
So all we gotta do is tell Alphys that Muffet died so she can Close it
There's a book called "The Empty Box and Zeroth Maria" and the first volume is all about how to win against an opponent who can loop events and try again infinitely.
Here's my idea:
So since we have knowledge of the attack before it happens, we can plan for it before it happens, which means we have time to make a strategy that potentially involves the entire underground.
5:48 Mettaton would actually already be in Snowdin at this point, so he'd be easy to talk to.
My plan is flowey the ONLY monster to ever to surround the soul completely with attacks
He probably won’t comply with you.
He deals 2 damage every hit and then suddenly it's the human's turn lol
Flowey isn’t a monster. Try again ;)
Sans also has his get dunked on attack, but that’s a special case because it’s a betrayal kill.

Wait, I don't think we'd know exactly how to do that or how magic even works come to think of it...

Or better yet, find the *_Dog._*

you only start existing once the human falls into the underground, i don’t think you’ll have the time to set that up
Assuming you can abuse game mechanics, simply evacuating Snowdrake to the True Lab would be enough to abort the run, and the fact that his mom is literally there might help with convincing him to do it. That being said, this assumes the evacuation starts early, so you'd have to convince Alphys that there's an evil human coming before they even leave the Ruins.
this video was AWESOME and a Extremely underrated video BUT STILL AWESOME great job on making this vid i hope you post some more bangers like this one
My strat: somehow convince every single monster to attack the human at once. (Soneone actually made a video of showcasing all of the monsters in one battle and it's pandemonium. They hacked in 999 HP to compensate, but Frisk certainly does not have 999 HP normally)
My plan would be:
1.Find Flowey
2.Bash some common sense into him and make him realize that he will be killed at the end too so he needs to do something
3.Remind him to not toy with the human and to JUST GO FOR A KILL to not risk souls rebelling
4.Tell him where the souls are so he can stand a chance
5.Hope he doesn’t fuck that up
The ploblem is the frist step
Find flowey, becuase flowey no peemit any mounster see him and probably you no ganna fin you or flowey gonna kill you becuse you see him
@@gabrielmbx9253 1.If I don’t know I’d try to get to Papyrus since he might know
2.If I see him trying to attack me when I’d find him I’d try to dodge his attacks and try to say “Asriel I know where the souls are”, that would serve a few purposes: Firstly that would throw him off as I address him by his name cause an ordinary monster shouldn’t be aware of this, secondly that would make him realize that I am not some random monster, and lastly he’d have an insensitive to not kill me to get to the souls
Then I could explain the whole situation to him
As a bonus he can also remember resets so if he fucks up he could just try to kill the human to rewind time and try again
@@ExpectoPetroleum fair, just interpreted his "without you I would've never gotten past him" to imply he couldn't actually beat Asgore, but you make a valid point
"The hard part is to convince toriel for the violent act" I'll just tell her "well that why you daughter dead. Dead as hell what shoes asriel got what did he got when he turned to dust huh?"
I thought this was "Try to stop human" and not "Turned into monster kebab Speedrun"
