But, talking about Vine Arrow build, it is not an exploit by any kind. The skill itself scales like nothing else in the game, probably some dev thought no one would ever hit that milestone, He just saw that and scaled gem levels to hit that milestone, there's not a single bug or weird interaction with it. Of course that you/we can argue about if it is healthy for the game to allow this kind shit, but in this case it is not an exploit lol
Tested this today Place a couple volcanic fissures Use +2 fissures sunder to proc the volcanics 15 times (5 times per sunder, 1 for each section * 3 sunders) assuming all segments connect to fissure web Sunder aftershock repeats this So this gem could double my output assuming its like a seismic cry proc.
I think they are specifying non-Map Specific Rares as Elites. If you leave a "Rare" [Elite] in a Breach alive, it doesn't matter. You can still finish the Map Objective.
i hope that they got rid of the ele res penalty in maps. it was such as struggle as warrior since its so incredibly suffix heavy. Strength on every single slot so you can wear 2H and shield made capping res a nightmare. U basically hat do get 5/6 baller mod items in every slot. Also gear gets a little bit more diverse now instead of just stacking up rares with resistances.
YEAH, COMMAND SKILLS DAMAGE support, i was using the sniper gas cloud explosions and felt some good support was missing, like there is nothing that affects the command skills

Just remove mana siphon from the game It was pretty annoying in PoE but now in poe2 where we live and die by flasks, mana siphoner is fucking cancer. Literally unplayable if ur melee, or for example the mob is also hasted so you literally cannot get out of the drain
@@araen11 Archmage is not squishy with MoM + CI. It outperform any other builds at the same investment. A Titan at 20 ex cannot outperform a Archmage with 20 ex investment. Have you seen an archmage spark 20 ex budget oneshot T15 boss?
I think "elite" in this case refers to the type of monster, separate from rarity. Like the ones that launch the massive slow-moving fireballs within breaches, for example.
The only thing I can think of is that they want more details on how leveling is on each ascendancy. Because people at some point just level with the better ascendancy early and swap it out later. So I’m really confident in them fixing that the next few months max

Every other map I enter have me disconnecting. Relogging, rebooting, nothing works, the map is bricked, have to open a new one. Seen other people with the same issue. Fix the game instead of nerfing builds

You can't buff a game back to life when you fail on the underlying architecture to cater to 12 year olds on a playstation and leave your base behind. GGG went backwards on all points. Sad.
I have no performance issues in PoE2. RTX3060 on 4K monitor - I get stable 60 fps 99% of the time. I use the Nvidia DLSS option and most other graphics settings set to high.

Turn down settings and use a ethernet connection, should help somewhat. Can’t expect a modern game to use the same amount of resources as a 10+ years old game and just “magically” have better graphics (and more things loaded in the game at any given moment). Shadows affect the fps immensely in this game, don’t use the ultra preset (if you have it enabled, turn it down to high or low instead).

No one is competing with each other in a way that matters, and any balance concerns with breaking the game can be easily fixed by tuning down the strongest class so it does not easy mode the game. Nothing willl break by buffing every garbage skill to be in line with the strongest skill. GTFO if you think otherwise cause everyone playing archmage heirophant in settlers is not build variety, that's adapting.
@@MarkFin9423 the point is that if you buff every skill then the game becomes too easy, so then you have to buff content to make it harder, and then the player and enemies end up in an arms race. Power creep is unavoidable, but you shouldn’t actively rush towards it.

theres an item datamined that allegedly lets you do that, but noone knows when its gonna get "enabled"
