Your video appears to show the filters in the correct position. The documentation for the device makes it look like the bottom filter should have the charcoal down.
@@juicersuk actually the official documentation is inconsistent. sometimes it looks one way, sometimes the opposite. having both filters facing the same direction i find not logical, since the air is being blown out in the middle, so i would expect them to be placed symmetrically. But this is how I received it, so I placed them back the same way after removing the foil.. but still it feels unsettling. I would think the direction can make a difference when it comes to filter lifetime. Perhaps one filter catches the bigger particles, leaving the tiny ones to the more sensitive one. If I put it the wrong way, the sensitive one gets clogged with the big particles. But then, cannot find the right way. The filter lifetime seems to be measured by software too, so not really helpful :/

You said Blue Air's HEPA filters are "infamous". Infamous = well known for being bad or evil. It's not the same as "famous".
What is the criterion by which air quality is determined? PM 10, PM 2.5 or what?
