    wow, this IMO is the best looking and sounding exhaust I've seen with the exception of the motowerks gp exhaust but he stopped making those. will most likely be doing this with my 2013 CB. thanks for the detailed description and video on how it was done! also if you want a great handlebar setup lookup the 2015 or 2016 cb500 bar swap on the forum. they're perfect for a lower riding stance if desired and don't hit the tank.

    That does sound better than stock I must say. I happen to like a quieter bike nowadays, having had a Monster 696 with Termignoni pipes its nice to be able to hear myself think again :)

    Ya know...…....some people mock the Emgo mufflers due to their very reasonable price. But personally I have had great luck with them! Sounds awesome on your bike there dude!
    I am thinking of getting these exact same ones for my son's Interceptor.

    Love that seat, it's got to be a Corbin Gunslinger.

      Actually the seat came from Japan. It's a Daytona cafe seat purchased from Webike.com

    I love what you have done to your bike. I am going to put on that muffler.. Any chance you could post the part Emgo part number. Again, what you have done to your bike makes it look great. The black fenders, grab rails and that fabulous seat really make the bike POP. What would it take to get you to tell me where you got those items? I am not trying to steal your look, but would love to duplicate it and tell everyone it was your creation. Thanks again for the great video and ideas to make a sharp bike.

    Nice work! I may do this on mine. Any issues? Mapping? Tuning? Etc? Thanks

    NICE!!! What did you do about the center stand stop? As I recall from our earlier discussions on the CB1100 Forum, that was the reason for keeping your existing mid pipe. However, this way, everything is much simpler and certainly cheaper. Thanks for the video and good job!

    Do me asking if you had any issues with the center stand rubbing against the chain? I removed the stock one that I now see has a little thing to prevent that from happening.

      It's called "Reverse cone'', there are ton of them on ebay. Try Highway Hawk Megaton as well, I think they are pretty much the same...

    Like the rear fender/brake light- is that a custom job or what did you do to clean up the back end?

    • @70DMac
      @70DMac  5 лет назад

      Daytona fender from Webike in Japan.

  • @70DMac
    @70DMac  7 лет назад +3

    does not run lean with that slip on because it's the stock head pipe and stock air filter.

    • @Juanpasilver

      So, do you still keep this slip on installed? how is it working after two years? I would definitely buy it but given its super low price compared to the direct fit ones, I want to make sure it works fine.... Please keep us posted. thanks
