Hey i have a problem, After I use Path Deform then Collapse To it becomes editable mesh but when i convert it to Editable poly the model becomes chewed up and deformed , any tips?

you modifier panel yellow, which name you color set?

Discolor : customize -> customize User Interface -> Quads -> Advanced options -> DISCOLOR
Rename : customize -> customize User Interface -> Quads -> Label -> RENAME
