That was dope. Stew's spacial awareness is always on point. That evening shot with the chairlift overhead was sick!!! Those old Bombardiers are soooo sick!!!! I want one so bad.
Haha, yes!! He makes it look easy. Thanks, I thought that was a nice shot.. This old BR 400 is an amazing machine! Thanks as always for commenting and tuning in!!
These videos are awesome! Just what the doctor ordered! I needed to see this and cannot tell you how satisfying it was to watch! You have substained the itch! The winter is definitely a scene to freak for. Thanks.
Your videos are very interesting. I’m almost like mesmerized you guys really know what you’re doing long days and a lot. Heavy work keep the videos coming.
Love this thanks so much for posting this!! If this is Utah, which looks so incredible, I looked up and saw 140 miles of groomed trails...Michigan has the most, 6500 miles! That really puts it into perspective, I am pretty sure Quebec has more than Ontario, and we have over 18,000 miles, but the snow isn't this deep throughout - this place is on my bucket list, top of the bucket thanks to your phenomenal video!!
Hey, I appreciate it!! Really glad you enjoyed. My recent uploads have featured some truly insane scenery, too! More vids coming up soon! And yes, it's No. Utah. You should definitely take a trip out here when possible. You'll love it. Thanks so much for watching!!
That looks like a blast! Wish we got that much snow here in NY,havent gotten much at all this year. You ever buried one of those machines? I havent personally, but the inexperienced guys in our club have a couple times, lots of digging.
We're from upstate NY, so I know exactly what you mean. Life in Utah is pretty amazing.. I think Stu has gotten cats stuck while working at the ski resorts, but never his own cat. There's record-breaking snow depth currently, so who knows! Thanks very much for watching!!
@@samlovescars34 Thank you for making cool videos, yeah im right in the middle of upstate,I think we may have 20 inches total so far! Sure glad I dont plow snow anymore, contract woukd be ok,but per plows woukd hurt! The machine that I run is a 1971 Bombardier Ski-Dozer,I like the big PB,but I have run the old girl for like 15 years, she never let me down.I would groom 27 miles out and 27 back in that machine! Thx
Hello to Utah, I love watching your videos...... beautiful mountains, lots of snow and fantastic machines like snowmobiles, snowmobiles and snowblowers. Do you live there all year or only in the winter months? I'm a snowcat operator too!!! Hi from Europe
Thank you so much!! Much appreciated. Hoping to film more soon, but there's been no snow! Stuart lives there year-round, as does a group of about 40 hardcore residents. It's very cool. Thank you very much for watching and commenting!!
We have a super old snow cat (thiokal) like late 60s manufactured. Thing is nothing like a modern snow cat and it is a BEAST🤣 loud. Not comfy. Rough. But by God it is a beast. Lotta fun to take the whole family up to the mountains. Dogs, gear, supplies for a week at the cabin and all fit Inside it🤣
Nice, like in The Shining. That thing must be really fun to operate! Glad it's still out there being enjoyed. Sounds awesome! And thank you for watching!!
Awesome! Rarely do you see a Dodge Ram with its tail between it legs, but this one was saying "Thank you Snowcat!" all the way down the mountain. Now the question is who left the ranch truck on the ridge where it could get snowed in.
Haha, yes indeed!! That snow was impassable. One Cummins pulling another. I think there was little choice but to leave the cars there. The amount of snow has been so great that other parking areas weren't an option. Thank you very much for watching!!
Hate to leave people in the dark, but I can't reveal the exact location at the request of the residents and locals! It's up there in lovely UT somewhere.. This is a private cabin community and this is all due to the tractor which plows the road, breaking down. I really appreciate you all tuning in!!! vids coming soon, and a new snowcat has been purchased!!
Could you explain exactly it is what you guys are doing with those cats? Is it a private community residence or resort? In most of your videos I never really see a ski area with the exception of this one. Just trying to make sense of why you guys are doing what you’re doing. Looks like ton of fun.
It is indeed a private cabin community, just happens to be near a ski resort. Stu basically makes their lives easier by maintaining the area/snowmobile trails whilst performing his other cat tasks, like hauling water. He is compensated for some of these things. Without Stu and his snowcatting, it would be chaotic up there, and the trails would be nothing but whoops. It is certainly fun! Thanks very much for tuning in!!
Just saw something that concerns me with the dog in the video. Hundreds of Vet visits per year happen because a dog bites down perpendicular on a sharp twig or tree branch and drives it thru the roof of the mouth. Many times it causes death if it is done out of site of the owner. Sometimes the twig works it's way out, but an infection ends up killing the pup.
Oh man, thanks for mentioning that!! We're gonna keep that in mind.. Definitely something to watch out for. Thank you for looking out and mentioning that!! And thanks for tuning in!!
I know about where this is! But I'll keep your secret. The funny this is when I first saw the snow, I said that looks like Utah snow. And yep it is! Funny he's wearing a PistenBully hat while operating a Bombardier.
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car to help you better driving, off-road? We're the pro auto lighting company for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
I appreciate you guys, and will keep you in mind, but I don't currently have much use for such products. Thank you though, and we'll see what the future holds!
@@samlovescars34 Hi Thanks for reply! Always open our sponsorship to you and just let us know if you need some vehicle lighting! We can definitely send them as sponsorship.
Hey I would love to test review and advertise products for you and your company! I daily drive my jeep and do lots of off road driving! I have been looking at several brands of those switch panels to controll different lights!
Dragging the idiots out that should have parked below would get old fast. Have you thought about some light standards on your front blade so you can just signal them which way to turn with the flip of a toggle? When I have done it I have had them roll the window down and shove their head out the window so they can watch a front wheel.
I would almost bet that you could pick up a van chasis and convert it to a larger cutty say six to eight passenger and haul people in and out of that place. Outfit it with a heater or even small woodstove.
Both interesting ideas! Hopefully, this is sort of a one-time thing though, since the tractor was broken and had to leave the premises, therefore causing the insane road conditions. Thank you for watching!!
