i feel like i’m having a fine dining in the most expensive yet charming restaurant with my loved one and this song as the background music surrounds the restaurant environment.
Sitting in that chair, listening, watching, then absorbing with your eyes closed...feeling the string plucks, detail reverberating through your soul, you think, I have now made it! Simply amazing set-up and room!

I get the good kind of crazy. And I’ve been bitten by the bug myself. But what I’m saying is that if you listen to a million dollar system over RUclips on your $5k system , you’re not getting the million dollar experience like many of the people who comment after watching these esoteric stereos on RUclips.
The MC901s are just incredible. Is not just the power, it is the unique combination of both tubes and solid state which gives it that best of both worlds sound. It makes the 802s sound better than I've heard them before.
That sound just blew my socks off.

And it means your speakers would have to be good as well. I build speakers and a lot of RUclips demo's sound amazing on my made speakers. I also got some B&W 706s too. My RUclips demos of my made speakers sound great on my B&Ws. Don't play RUclips demo's of the same speakers. Lacks impact.

Absolutely you can. In order to really hear what the speakers sound like, I've found it best to close in on the drivers.
You would think the artist, when recorded this song, had this system in mind.

Swear I’ve watched this video 100 times and it never gets old. 802s literally ruin your life with how insane they sound. Got the chance to hear them in a demo room once and it literally ruined my life. Hope that one day I’ll be able to afford a costly setup such as this one!

The sound is crisp and detailed even with the smooth fade out at the end which is very satisfying.

This system just sounded so much better than the Wilson Sabrina x system you guys posted. It's that combo of the audio research 9 day and new Mac 901 mono feeding the tube to the mids and highs and solid state to woofers. Best of both worlds. Doing that in a good size room as well. One could mistakenly think the sound was coming from the bigger speakers near the b&w! A lovely terrific angelic voice to show this system off! Well done! Glad to see her in the comments getting praise and selling cds who said the CD format was dead?😀

@@David-bb7mt it's just that, cuz they can... otherwise just sit on a subwoofer with a decent headset, you'll get just the same body vibrations and perfect sound in your years, $50-100 setup :-P
