      Yeah he slipped up a bit there at the end... he probably got asked to do a lot of these videos that day at I-cast. However, it's certainly not a cooler. Good catch Juncho!

      @@HouseOfFly he did the same thing when he talked about that Yeti Panga bag. He called it a cooler...

      Yeah he slip a few times. Cooler are in their culture. Definitely not a cooler

      True true... and a $40 price tag has been a shock to most people. We will see... I have to say that I do remember when everyone was saying they would never spend $400 on a cooler. Maybe this is different but at least at the beginning of this product there are quite a few being sold. For us they are being sold mostly to contractors and outdoors people... as well as to some agricultural people. The 2 most common things we are hearing is that they don't crack in the cold and the handles don't break like the $5 ones. Thanks for your comment and you're totally right it's definitely just a bucket.

  • @YeuLaKho

    It should come with the lid.

    • @HouseOfFly
      @HouseOfFly  6 лет назад

      This would depend on the bucket and some do come with a lid. This however is sold separately as is the other load out accessories so you can customize your bucket to fit your needs. For this reason it is not sold with the lid because some might not need a lid. Hope this helps.

    It would be nice if you made bait lid for it

    • @HouseOfFly

      That's a great idea. It's a pretty new item on the market so we'll have to see how it does in the long run and what type of new accessories will be available in the future.

    Yes, we all keep a stack of buckets in our garage. I stay awake worrying about vapor lock. Just sell the handles for retro fitting. Otherwise, only for those who like extravagant buckets...never thought I'd ever be saying that.

  • @justforkicks4499

    300 pound capacity... I've had 150 pounds of lead ingots in a normal bucket with a steel wire handle and the bucket didn't break but I'll be damned if a normal person could get it into a truck bed... 300 pounds is useless. Go buy a $5 bucket and call it a day

    • @HouseOfFly
      @HouseOfFly  6 лет назад +1

      Totally... this item isn't for everyone. Just like a $400 cooler is not something everyone needs. If the $5 bucket is doing everything you want it to do then that's perfect. The market will decide the fate of this item but in the meantime we are seeing some people pick this item up. A lot are being used for farmers and ranchers and ice fishermen who are tired of their buckets cracking, and since these are rotomolded (like a whitewater kayak) they are going to last a very long time. Thanks for your comment!

      The fact that this bucket won't vapor lock or slide all over the deck of the boat is worth it's weight in gold. $40 is more than I ever thought I would pay for a bucket but in the grand scheme of things isn't much.

    • @ericbartoszak5211

      I was gonna say these probably don’t crack in freezing temps. Last bucket you’ll ever have to buy.

      @@HouseOfFly this bucket is not roto- molded. It's injection molded; just as he stated in the video.

    Or u can buy a paint 5 gallon bucket for same price use the paint in your home and have a bucket at the end.

    • @HouseOfFly
      @HouseOfFly  6 лет назад

      True... or that haha. It certainly isn't for everyone but if you do use a product like this in a professional setting on a daily basis we see some application especially in the handle and the rotomolded fabrication of this product... it is much tougher than your traditional $5 bucket or paint can. Thanks!

    I actually feel bad for this poor soul, having to sell a $40 bucket knowing it's JUST A BUCKET!

    • @HouseOfFly
      @HouseOfFly  6 лет назад +1

      Hey Cheryl we have heard that a lot from many people... that being said Yeti is selling a lot of these so don't feel too bad for them. For us at our stores they are selling fairly well as we do have a lot of contractors, guides, and other professionals who are tired of the regular 5 gallon bucket handles breaking or the buckets cracking in the cold. These new Yeti ones are actually fulled rotomolded (like a whitewater kayak), so even though they are no doubt a $40 bucket which comes with some sticker shock for a product that has traditionally been under $5... it is a better bucket. Thanks for your comment!

      Absolutely. Not a new product, just a bit of a different approach on a good old fashion item. It's definitely not for everyone but if you're looking for something a lot more durable for professional applications then is your go to item. But if good old fashion $5 bucket works with current accessories, then you've definitely have the right tools for the job.
