as strange as a 40 minute video about rectangular businessman is, i like it. his character and way of speaking make him one of the best characters in the show
You can tell they didn't have every aspect of the character nailed down in his first appearance cause his reactions to Mouse's antics are shockingly "normal" and genuine shock
Also consider the fact that rectangular business man has had multiple decoys. This might be a decoy considering he is left in an explosion and then later returns with a shift in personality. Might be looking too deep into a show that's a literal shit post. Or it's just head canon

i really can only care about the two first episodes of the series: they were about nothing but stupid random shit happening just because. no 'underlying mystery' nor any other pretentious bullshit. therefore that first appearance by the rectangular dude is my fav from the whole series: guy gets drag into a porno shoot instead of a business meeting, gets blown apart for no reason, end of his character. i still quote his "wait... wait guys. hang on." line to this day lol

@@dud324 season 2 has its moments imo, but as a whole i find it just dumb rather than significant. Lynch can pull off the 'something's going on' kind of thing, 12 oz mouse never quite could on my book. which is why i liked the series better when it just tried to be dumb and nothing else.

i think we just got the footage off of wco.tv sometime after they updated with the higher quality! (either that or it was from HBO Max, not completely sure)
