I do adore that cat, so precious!! My tabby mister Plutarchos loves being petted on the tummy. He's got his feet up in the air and he's purring like there's no tomorrow.
Every Day is Rex Manning Day I saw a fawn that refused to leave the arms of a man rubbing/petting his tummy. Everytime the man tried to put him down, the baby fear would scream and jump back into his arms. When this fawn was in hid arms he had his legs stretched up&out and was gazing LOVINGLY at the guy holding him and giving tummy rub. Wow!
I know this may seem like common knowledge, but I am new to owning a cat and this made my sweet baby so happy! Thank you so much for letting me give my cinnamon roll the love she deserves! I appreciate this video very much! The tips were very handy, too.
What a beautiful cat you have. Reminds me very much of my late cat Thomas, my friend for 19 years. I now have Henry a very affectionate all black cat. He is a real lap cat and also sleeps next to me. As well as loving all the usual places to be rubbed he loves a paw massage and a tummy rub. He is a real softy and very laid back and easy going. I feel very lucky to have him in my life and he is a great source of comfort to me especially in times of stress.
My cat likes the bridge of her nose scratched, oh, and her ears, too. I wish everyone unfamiliar with cats would watch this ultra-relaxing presentation!
Precious Gayle! Such a beautiful and loving kitty. He has a good loud purr that I could just listen to fall asleep by. Ear and chin scratches to Gayle and may Gale, you and your family have a really great Christmas.
MB vids: It's obvious to anyone who knows cats well that Gale just ADORES you! You certainly have encouraged a strong bond of trust and love between the two of you. I admire that very much. We have three cats at the moment. One of them, Amelia, a matronly lady of late-middle-age, does not enjoy having her tummy rubbed, though she will sometimes allow me a stroke or two, if I'm gentle enough. Of the other two, Sugar and Spice, youthful littermates slightly more than a year old, Spice is almost as much of a snugglebug as she was as a kitten, though not quite; she loves getting petted so much that she will LUNGE for the hand to meet and collect the petting that much sooner! She has a long, soft coat-still kitten-soft, in fact-which she enjoys having brushed ... for about three seconds. Her sister, Sugar, has a sleeker, more regal look about her, and isn't all that invested in getting petted. She'll come up to my chair and emit her little tone-deaf mrow, demanding loving NOW, please. She'll then rub her face all over my hand, and let me gently scratch her face, chin, head, and neck for several moments at a stretch, although if I ever let my hand stray down her spine to her fluffy white tail, she's done and walks away from me, once again aloof. However, when she's all curled up and relaxing into a nap, even the lightest stroke along her spine will get her to roll over to expose her belly, and you had better be settled in for the long haul then, because if you even think of stopping stroking and tickling her soft tummy fur, she will grab your hand and not let go! It has always amazed me, how different their personalities all are. I've never known two cats to act the same way, in all my life. I look at all the higher animals (sorry, crawly bugs and squirmy worms and the like) as people in their own right, whether they have hide or fur or feathers. Even fish scales-I've known a few fish tank residents who have shown obvious appreciation and enjoyment for their favorite foods or toys, and even shared a few videos of fish deliberately swimming between people's fingers, going back again and again for yet another caress of skin to fin. I'm convinced that even if it's not on a scale we humans can imagine, all living things have some kind of feelings, or other. We have to be more responsible in how we take care of and use our non-human people (and yes, I still eat meat and always will, in moderation).

Our dog Puppy kept trying to chase this little grey lady out of the house, barking her head off. But the little grey cat kept coming in. We have started calling her Tabitha, and these days, she strolls right in and takes up residence by the food and water, eating her fill for a few hours, and collecting many settings in the process. She has obviously had a family and home before, as she was comfortable with us humans right off the bat, and was even comfortable with us putting a collar on her a few days ago, with her name and our number. The collar didn't last the night, though; either she got caught in something and snapped the collar off (thank God for easy-release cat collars!), or she DOES have a home where she sleeps at night, and they took off the collar. We'll see if the next collar disappears overnight. If it does, it's a fair guess she has another home, but if that's true, she's not eating there. She was just skin and bones when she first showed up! She's still too skinny, but she's improving.
@@TammyJRizzo I hope your little gray lady keeps coming back and maybe taking up permanent residence with you and your babies. My cat is also like that kindof
This is a great video, by the way, my only point of contention is the belly aspect. True, most cats are uncomfortable with people touching that sensitive area but my kitty loves it. When she lies down, I get in there and rub her belly up and down rather vigorously and she lifts up one leg and starts purring. Simply put, some cats enjoy a good belly rub.
Look how happy cat he is enjoying all the purring by himself
GALE IS SOOOO CUTE! He is so affectionate, unlike my cat!😜

Cats love being rubbed on their cheeks and between the ears. I love the purring sounds cats make it's very therapeutic.
Gale loves everything and has a beautiful yard.
My Jude was watching Gale on the video. Great tips for our little fur babies. Thank you. ♥
