Every city on here has something historical or areas that don't need any fixing but these are just some (of several) cities that could use a serious face lift!
Where is Baltimore? I live near Baltimore. West Baltimore is as dangerous as any place in the world that isn’t a war zone. The show The Wire, is exactly spot on with all the problems the city faces. I love Baltimore. There are some really cool neighborhoods, but the city has been experiencing rapid population decline for six decades.
NYC should be on this list
My hometown Milwaukee should be #1 on this list. Started to deteriorate since 1967 and shouldn’t exist today.
