The FAA hates this one simple trick

- This video was published on the day that Remote ID rules officially went into effect. So I thought I would make a video discussing some ways that you can legally comply with REMOTE ID regulations so the FAA doesn’t come get you, which they won't.
Have fun with your drones.

As a Mexican I approve this messege.
I was at my local public RC field and I went to check that my remote ID was working, and it was, but “shockingly” it was the only one detected in the area, despite there being at least 6-7 planes and quads in the air at the time. I asked a couple of the old guys about it and they had no idea what I was talking about. It was then I realized I watch too much RUclips.
Theoretically most local flying fields should be getting a remote id exception so they won't care, probably designed to not get the elders upset
@@jdizzforyou they should have been automatically FRIA’s, especially the one I go to which is owned and operated by the county government and the FAA participated in its construction, yet it’s not a FRIA go figure.
@@tacticalFPV I've heard through the youtube grapevine that's incredibly common unfortunately. I have a feeling that was only put in there to fane cooperation to get remote ID enacted, but like many government agencies they're not coming through with promises. They'll find some minutiae to disqualify most places.
I just got back from the park that was full of planes and quadcopters last year flying safely as they have for 40 years and it was empty. I called around and most have taken up the few available spots at the AMA ( Dues collecting traitors..👎🏼) clubs , fly alone w/o rid installed in fear of being located by thieves and robbed or simply taken up another hobby. All because the FAA wants to control yet another aspect of our lives ...The toys we fly in parks... I promote mass non compliance regularly as I'm doing here...The FAA and the traitorous AMA can kiss my shiny metal butt
I solved the spotter problem by taking my dog with me whenever I fly. Unlike human spotters, he knows where my drone is at all times, even when BVLOS. He serves a security role by keeping nasty humans a safe distance away to prevent interference during remote aircraft operations.
Um, Corgis are certified spotters:) 100% have it good from guy who delivers bagels to the FAA
All of our kwads are now 249g, all of them. Even the 7” tippa’s.
I am building a 230g cinelifter right now
My quads all identify as sub-250 as well!
I feel like I just found my people.
Hahah same!... I feel the "Did we just become best friends?!" moment.
I live in the State of Iowa, it's located in Mexico. i still fly 5 inch quads in these wide open field of dreams.
Mexico is getting bigger!
Ahh yeah Monterey Idaho Mexico is a great place to fly
if you build it...
Suddenly all my drone videos were made and published in mexico
Your vlog style has come together really nicely. The actual editing is well done, I like the brief cuts to other things ala the bike and your puppers, and the general flow of the video is on point.
"You art good bro"
Corgies are born with a 107, so he is your pilot in command. if he doesnt use remote ID, thats not on you, you are just controlling the UAV
No one flies in Mexico these days anymore, we all upload really high quality AI videos!
Crazy how real AI looks these days!
There's a german FPV channel where they always tell "we found an SD card" or "AI footage, but looks like a tinywhoop sub100 O3". 🙂
Disclaimer: This footage was recorded in Mexico
FPV is not a crime!!
I have a cinehawk.
And i could make it sub250 but the safety features (i.e. prop Guards) would have to be removed... See how stupid the rules are.
We out number the FAA.
It is exactly like the mexican racing league
We only race in 'Mexico'
I've only ever flown in Mexico
if you really think about it, we are all under mexican skies, andale hombre!
If I hadn't gained control (over my urethra) I would have to change my pants as I nearly tinkled my britches. 😊
entertainment mastery
Lmao
My Demibot identifies as a 28g whoop
Nice video! At early days I always have a spotter but as the days go by I found out that FPV is a good stress therapy for me, therefor today I fly alone because I need to fly whenever and wherever I want, mostly before going to work. I also can measure if the flight would be safe or not by me alone, how quiet is the place etc, honestly unlike what FAa thought, the need of observer is more to for my own safety, I cant really see if a bad guy coming to me and rob me but I also can see it if I want using my drone.
Humans can smell rain better than sharks can smell blood in the water. Rain is so important to humans, we evolved to smell the rain.
Yup. Can confirm.
We smell what rain has created.
All drone footage posted on my channel is AI generated.
Most valuable content on RUclips right here.
I never read the instructions... this is the first I have heard of a remotesID. dose it come with the props?
You don't need a remote to ID my drone, Just ask me, ill ID it for you...
I always fly in Mexico😂
Never seen your channel but this video is gold!!!
Great video - Editing and content was awesome
Great video man!! Remote ID what a joke!!
this is gold on so many levels 🖤
Looks like you have a spotter to me, a corgi spotter that is XD
Flying over the clouds looks really cool in Mexico!
Right-on man.
Been flying in Meheeco since I started, Esé
The regulations are just insane. The 107 requirement for RID on _all_ size quads is insane. I'm having a great time flying my Meteor65 indoors this winter. I still go outdoors to scratch the freestyle itch, but I only have one quad over 250g (self-build Bee350Pro with O3) which (ug) I guess I'll put RID on. I'll think long and hard before getting another >250g. I'd love to try a 5" sometime, but my Crux35+Vista is just a screamer, so I'm pretty satisfied with the flying bases I have covered.
The police claimed my LR Chimera7 quad with 18000 Mah of battery capacity was over 250 grams and I though, you know those guys have a point. But we put it on the scale and whaddayou know as long as you have some battery left and with a tidbit of trottle the weight stays nicely under 250 grams.
Fly under the radar.
Fly under the RIDar.
Great music, great footage, I loved it !
I love the disclaimer 🤣
You have more positive reviews than the gas’s video about rid. Love it. Thanks for the fun video.
Who?
@@grimripperrr faa’s auto correct got me
The Holy Stone HSRID01 broadcast module worked out for my home built drones.
I have been training my dog since day 1. She spots for me and she finds the drone when I crash.
any tips on how to get the dog to climb trees?
You also need a pet squirrel @@paradiselost9946
No one owns the sky.
💯💯💯👌🏽 Absolutely...
"They" just fooled the public to think that they do.
The DJI mini3 pro automatically broadcasts if you use the larger battery. If you use the smaller battery its under 250g and wont broadcast. This means that if you use the large battery, you need to register the drone or an unregistered drone is broadcasted. Since the small batteries dont broadcast, and if you already registered it for the large batteries, you are required to fit a separate module which also must be registered if you use the small batteries, because any registered drone, even if under 250g, must have remoteID. In other words, you have to register the same drone twice just for switching batteries.
Epic whoop spot!😃
Great vid
I'm not putting a remote ID module in my model airplane. And your right,if you don't use remote ID the FAA can't find you.I think it all nonsense anyway.I just fly my models.
You got trees growing out of your garden . Throw some veggies in it this year. Great vid .
Hola! The Scenery in Mexico is awesome, thanks for sharing! Adios!
What does remote id increase about safety? Not a thing.
Remote ID is a beta test for government surveillance and control of all citizens!
Its never truly about safety as it is about Control... This goes for many things that are enforced and regulated by the agencies.
The data dog
Lets not forget remote id spoofers
I need to make one of these
What are those???
@@the_luminary you can use an ESP32 and transmit fake remote ID data and it will show up on the app botgrinder has a live livestream where he has flyandi show the process
@@grimripperrr Ooo, so his Channel is called "Flyandi" ?
@@the_luminary it’s in this livestream at 39:30

Guess im taking my 5"s down to Mexico
If you are going to fly commercial then just get a Part 107 license. It's simple and cheap.
Do not get grounded for life and/or ruin your finances and permanent record.
Just wondering for a friend... if you did get caught flying in goggles with no spotter and demonstrably didn't have RID, if they'd double the fine.
My dog freaks out, will run in the other room and hide or if I take him he has to be inside my truck
My DJI 450 Flamewheel identifies as a 249g drone, so I'm good.
Unless you pull 1.1G's on it.
Fpv on RC truck or boat 😂😂
ahahaha oh shit march 32nd 2014 mexico was such a great day. LUL
No month has more than 31 days.
I guess Mexico is a better option than my ai videos 😂
what happened to your dog's tail?
lol No not whoop lol I hate whoops they are just a necessary evil sometimes. sub250 is fine though My 202 Gram O3 leaves me more than satisfied. Fly in Mexico Love it! re title this video hates these 4 simple tips you over delivered!
Nice dog
Grimm !!
Don't fall asleep at night. They are coming for our drones. 😂We're gonna be reduced to flying Kites at the park like the good old days. 🪁
Section 101.13 forbids the operation of a moored balloon or kite (i) less than 500 feet from the base of any cloud, (ii) more than 500 feet above the surface of the earth, (iii) from an area where the ground visibility is less than three miles, or (iv) within five miles of the boundary of any airport.
Is it the dumbest or the smartest idea to fly long range at the US border into Mexico? Ok, hold that thought... is it technically legal in all affected countries?
I love this Video btw. We need more people on this same vibe. Like I get being safe but the ones who make the rules are tyrannical dipshits that make dumbass Regulations... I almost vomitted saying that R word.
Please make more of these videos. I wana know more about ways of not having to always follow arbitrary rules that only limit the hobby and freedom at large.
Good thing about mexico
I now live in mexico
my dog is my spotter i would like to remote id on him
I'v never flown a drone, that was AI-created content.
even us racists do a lot of racing in mexico
Don’t be a racist racer
Or Earth number 6
Note: It is not legal to fly a drone in Mexico unless you are a Mexican citizen.
Fly in Mexico Or Canada
How about someone on earth 😂😂
I can barely fit my VTX, stack, RX, beeper and cam. Where the fuck am I gonna fit another box? Gtfoh. I don’t know ANYONE who uses RID
Just fly under 250 grams, no ID required.
Fpv for humans
aiFPV
Not gonna lie, I have a video uploaded and scheduled 3wks from now with the same title and even in the thumbnail.
I think that means we’re soulmates. Look I didn’t make the rules, my wife and daughter won’t be happy about this…
