A Bit of Floats on Snow

With the temps in the middle 30's, 6" + of snow still on the ground that used to be 8" or 10" deep and the desire to fly after a week of stuck inside, Richard brought out his 3-plane float fleet for a bit of flying off of snow. Took him about 20 minutes to get the rangers to open the gate and he blazed a trail to the parking spots as you couldn't see the drive and I followed him in. He was mostly successful (found out on the way out we were just close). I didn't actually think He would come out just because of the windchill so I didn't charge batteries or bring a bird but I DID bring a camera. Turned out to be a decent, but short, flying session. Hell yeah!
