I actually find it beneficial to make mistakes during exams or practice! It helps me dig deeper to correct my misunderstanding or give me a new point of view that I've never thought of before. Plus, better approaches to future patients. Sadly, it cost me my grades despite the fact that during classes I've noticed that I am much aware of the concept of the materials more than my higher grade mates! Which really makes me feel annoyed and discouraged about classes and the whole grading process.
