@@firingallcylinders2949 I think you might be missing the point here you are correct however if a minor gets a hold of your gun in your house because it wasn’t stored than you were going to be prosecuted. But you are correct before the fact it’s not going to be enforced
To me it makes total good common sense to have a safe that is bolted to the floor or wall to prevent theft and/or unauthorized use of those firearms, knives and such. We are responsible for every round and to keep these items of property from unauthorized individuals.
I was hoping to hear what the rules are to storing a pistol in my car, if I can't take it in some place with me while I'm out ??? does it have to be locked up? can I leave it loaded? etc.
You mean like a federal building or a business that won't allow it? Federal buildings it's against the private companies it's a policy not Law. Their is no law to my knowledge requiring it to be locked up. If you posses a license to carry
@@ElZilcho247 so if i move to pa and just want a little firearm or something i can simply walk in and get one ? Or fill out the 15-30 min application and take classes like nj?
No way to enforce storage laws anyway. That would mean door to door checks with a warrant. Good luck
Right? These laws make no sense.

Every gun safe that I have researched so far when we make a purchase bolts to the floor I’ve never seen one that bolts to a wall
