You should try Max Sea fertilizer for your roses. It makes your roses bloom back to back 😊
I have the same problem with the rose cane borer. I bought this from Amazon Bonide Garden Rich Pruning Sealer with Brush Top Applicator. The rise geek uses it so that is how I found out abouts it.
Doesn't look that pretty but works.

Are most of your plants grown in pots

Do you know what variety that large pink rose of sharon is that doesn't self seed?
