when they said that fans usually resemble the streamers, the Hoshiyomis proved them right the moment they were given their deadly spanners and had their leashes removed they just went on a bloodbath lmao
You are a simple Hoshiyomi, seeing spam comments and just RBI'ing but still feeling powerless at the senseless abuse directed to your favorite. The rage builds. Suddenly, Sui-chan herself puts a gun in your hands and gives you one simple command: rip and tear until it's done. Who wouldn't go into a blood frenzy?
A friend of mine was watching this stream sent me a message saying antis are in the chat like oh great a a few mins later sends another message saying "the hounds have been unleashed unto the antis may god have mercy on their soul" i joined the stream to see what he meant and my god man it was a blood bath like holy shit what a massacre it was glorious

I remember saying this at the time; the speed in which her chat was targeted was fast, meaning one of two things: 1) the harassers of Coco were just really "lucky" (because we all saw what happens to them this stream) to catch Suisei doing these impressions 2) (and I believe this one to be the case) a portion of them are/were VTubing fans - and Hololive fans - who lack such self awareness that they still just enjoyed watching the girls stream but hated Coco with such venom that even the mention of her triggered them to start spamming and get other antis to join in chat Again, the speed of them makes me believe it's 2), it also makes a lot of sense. Marine was very profound when she noted antis just "love" them in a far more broken, fucked up way, what else do you call such obsession with VTubers? What I find hilarious is, if this is the case, these "fans" of Suisei couldn't have picked a worse girl (aside from Kanata) to support if they hated Coco. She's literally shared a bathroom, kitchen and living space with Coco. She likely still sees Coco every other day. To be so offended she'd be unashamed to reference not just her work colleague, but also her genuine close friend, shows a complete lack of regard to Suisei as a person. Equally, what I find tragic is, despite how absolutely pathetic they come across at every single turn (and indeed this was a particularly wonderful spotlight in their long list of embarrassments) is they're still around. A bunch are still in a lot of chats and streams, just quietly enjoying the content of the girls with little sign they were amongst those that bandwagoned to make Coco's final year in Hololive as adverse as possible.
