😂appreciate you man, and idk it was just never a goal of mine to play past college. I always just wanted to get it paid for and I always loved training so that’s part of the reason I started this. And I didn’t want a desk job, my major in college would’ve had me working with stocks and real estate and all that but this was much more fun

David thegoat80 that’s a great question but I would say mostly working on strength. Core strength and leg strength, taking pride in recovery is also important

If we’re doing an upper body / lower body split 4 days a week when should be be running drills like these?
5 to 6 days a week or on leg day
