8 cups flour (960 g - 32 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar (90 g)
1 tablespoon yeast (10 g)
3 cups hot water (600 g)
filling:
300 g butter
3 tablespoons dill seeds + 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 g cardamom

egg yolk
black cumin
Leave the dough to ferment for 1-1.5 hours.
Divided into 7 parts and left for 10 minutes.
Divided into 5 parts and left for 10 minutes.
Bake at 200°C for 10-13 minutes.
