Okay. My new headcanon is that The Wicker Man is a demonic entity possessing Agent 47.
Agent 47, who is autistic, invites this entity and embraces it. Although he does not fully indulge the demon's bloodlust, there is a constant malicious presence beneath the surface reminding the man to "have some fun".
Agent 47's actions cannot be wholly pinned upon this creature, for only those with mild psychopathy to begin with will perform as a suitable host. In other words, Agent 47's consciousness is confused, and much of what he does, he does out of self-satisfaction.
Only _sometimes_, when the air is cold, it happens again. The Wicker Man steps forth through the red rubber duck to take over. Then and only then, do the people of this earth suffer en masse. Fire Walk With Me.

I wouldn't say the game is bad either, and to say the least the game is really fun. It does have a bunch of flaws but it's easily the best Hitman game right now.
unrealsimon93 I just legitimately have never seen someone call the game anything close to bad. The only criticisms I have seen leveled at it are those about the episodic model which, IMO, works brilliantly.
