i don't think people realize that nuggets do not have a championship roster... they didn't last year either... what they have is that one ridiculous guy who raises everyone's level TO LOOK like they are championship players... send the starting 4 to the four corners of the nba.... NONE of them will perform like they do with jokic is on the floor, that's just reality....
let me put it another way... you put ANY OTHER CENTER in the league, past or present on the nuggets and remove jokic, last year they don't even THREATEN for a championship

This is actually insanely delusional and im a nuggets fan. The starting lineup is made up of Jokic, 3 different draft lottery picks in KCP, Gordon, and Murray, and if MPJ hadn't gotten hurt, he was going number 1 overall. The starting lineup is insanely stacked talent wise. And ya of course, if you take the best player off literally any team minus the 2017 warriors, then they aren't contenders anymore.

Championship teams still find a way to win....you still can't convince me that Denver is a weak team. Because they beat the Lakers, they will always get the hate.
No one is beating this team in a 7 game series, they can be beaten but not 4 times
they can... they just look unbeatable because of jokic, but if you actually go and grade the roster player by player, as individuals, and compare to ratings from other team you will find that denver doesn't have an advantage
but they do have a jokic and thus impossible becomes possible

Game 4 shoe nonsense, free throws (Laker's motif all season) and Murray/KCP shooting terribly is why the games were close. If the Nuggets shot over 25% from 3 for the series I'd be surprised. To begin every 3rd quarter there would be a series where Jackson came in, missed a three, Lakers scored, then Jackson would brick another one and it would just be a big point swing. You could set a watch to it. Then when he went out the real game for the Nuggets would begin.
