Maushold is a great shoutout. Their is a team on the showdown ladder with maus in place of clef that is super hard to deal with.
Maus can break wide guard with feint, it can follow me away dark attacks and break sash with rocky helmet, it can tera ghost to avoid fighting attacks to kill it, still has friend guard etc etc.
Maus is right up there as one of my favorite support mons for caly s.
As a super spicy pick I've used iron moth with a zam team that also has pelly. Moth has sludge wave and can use it freely next to zam before tera, or use it next to pelly and zam after zam teras with wide guard. Punishes all the grass and fairy types running around. And I run tera grass with energy ball to kill ursh (booster speed to outspeed scarf ursh, chi yu and lando)
Its not universally good, but next to zam it works. I peaked at 1820 or so on thr showdown ladder with it at least lol. I will say it was better around NAIC. Now that caly is moving away from tera fairy and amoongus is picking up in usage it can be a bit harder to use compared to when rilla was the only grass type and caly was always tera fairy. Tho miriadon transitioning to tera fairy helps

My GOAT Venusaur winning the Worlds Finals would be immaculate. But making this video acknowledging his nasty meta matchups is a good prize too 😊 I was laddering with Tera Ground Earth Power Venu for Miraidon. Also Incin gets smacked for standing around

Thanks youtube for recommending me this. I probably pickup the Low Kick Iron Hands for my worlds team. I struggeled with two matchups that this one move actually fixes!

I've seen it used over Wild Charge or Drain Punch, depending on the needs of the team.

I feel like I maybe saw it on low ladder in previous regulations but never on a meta relevant team

Its much better with toxic spikes to cleanly win. You can safely press mirror coat against a special mon for example and even if its not attacking, toxic will win you the game. If not opp can stall your coat out
