Customers, at least here in America, tend to view workers as robots, anyway. This takes away the fun of trying to get someone fired, though, so the concept will never fly.
People in general need to get more creative when it comes to generating income. I understand that it isn't taught in the schools but neither was holding a job. It's a new world... folks need to step up their money game.
Don’t you see the video? Robots are delivering the coffee to the office which is not possible for ordinary coffee shop even though it is located inside the company.
@@novanightmare6289 I couldn't see it having anything to do with cultural diversity either. An ordering ap absolutely dgaf about your cultural heritage!🙄😅
It'll work, we can paint one black, another brown, another white, and we can even paint one with a rainbow for, well, you know. Then we can tell everyone to never judge a robot by the color of its paint. 👍
@@lieutenantpepper2734 On the contrary, I think if machines can do dehumanizing jobs like carrying things (for example), humans can better explore our humanity at deeper and more meaningful levels.
Finally a starbucks worker that is dancing happily and not desperate, miserable because of low wage exploitation :D
❤❤thanks, no spitting in food
that robot looks incredible
Can you not just get up and go get your own damn coffee?
not all of us are peasants!
@@bayrenevilla lol
Might aswell just get a coffee maker at that point. Isn't part of the reason people like Starbucks for the people?
Yea, cause all the customers are also robots ;)

why one-use plastic cups? Would be perfect for normal multiuse cups.
Not clear whether theyll still need a name on the cup so they can get the order out correctly 😉
You'd need robot customers to stop people from grabbing the wrong drink without even looking at the name on the cup
Did anyone notice there's only 1 customer in that store? If it takes 100 robots to serve one customer, I think human jobs are safe for awhile.
It’s a cafe within the company headquarter. Ppl will order it to their desk instead of going there

One young boy can do all the work that all those robots are doing.

Not with labor laws as they are.
@complexequation807 Robots don't need breaks, days off or Healthcare Benefits.
Yay robots! 😀
Yay no jobs!
@@jonbrandon6793 Technology has consequences.
This would never work in America, we are too ethnically diverse
It's a corporate office building. You just send the order from your phone ,and it simply delivers your food and drink to your desk.
What on earth does that have to do with anything at all?

The problem is that these robots are still more expensive then humans and are more expensive to maintain.
No
Absolutely not the case. Especially when those workers keep pushing for wage increases in jobs that are meant to be entry level, for teenagers.

the end of humanity
Who knows? Maybe it's the beginning of "real" humanity: I doubt that carrying coffees is what defines humans.
