I think those questions she suggested may make you impolite. you don't need to ask question for the sake of asking question.
for onsite interview, sometimes, just terminate the interview with 1-2 questions or even without question, is okay enough.
Since those interviewers many not be the team you are applying to.
Don't pretend to be proactive, don't pretend to be someone that's not you.
Just be normal and real.
I remember I had a fun discussion with one of onsite interviewer, asking his opinion on what's the impact of chatgpt to the company and its interview process.

@LUN-bo2fb, yes, not all interviewers would love being asked these specific questions. But to be clear, it is 100% critical that if given the opportunity to ask questions, specifically at the end of the interview that we do ask questions!
