Missed what he does when he extracts all the different layers and places them into one near the end of the video. The layers didn’t go into the first just the contents :s. How was this done?

wait but how do you refine the edges? mine came out all blocky and rough, some colors didn't completely fill when transferred. how do you clean this up in ai?

Why didn't you just paste the drawing on the illustrator on the ipad itself and just choose the expand vectorization option? What you have done is recoloring the drawing on illustrator.

How do you get the layers to paste in place, I never can get my layers to paste in the same spot dispite using paste in place button. It’s usually off the the far right side.
