Ronnie's guitarist Derek Jones lost his fiance to cancer in December of 2019. After going through the lyrics I have come to the opinion that this song may have been at least partially written by Derek, inspired by their deathbed conversations. Derek died in April 2020, 4 months later. Ronnie dedicated Revamped to his memory.
It was written in 2017 but was never going to be released until Derek ended up passing away. Shortly after the announcing of his death Ronnie played this on his twitch sharing it for the first time ever. It might not have been written for him maybe for his brother more but the only reason he released it was for Derek who was basically family.
Love this reaction! This song was on the “B-side” of their Coming Home album! The whole album is a very different take on the bad and the sound they presented! Superhero would be a good one to do to follow up to this one off of that album!

Check out Superhero. The video has a Stranger Things vibe, but it's not as action packed as far as production like the more recent videos. If you want to go old school, check out Raised By Wolves. It's from their debut album and the video is very simple. It's basically them on stage and some behind the scenes type footage, but it's not actually a live performance. It's one of the few songs from their debut album that I really like. It's harder and more interesting than I'm Not A Vampire or The Drug in Me is You. Loving the rabbit hole!
I’ve been a huge fan of falling in reverse for a long time. I absolutely love them. ❤ one of the many favorite songs they have put out is champion. The bass guitar is boss!! Listen closely the tone and way it stands out from the rest during the chorus. Crank in up. Some speakers that I’ve listened to this song through muddy it some what. You should listen to Keep Holding On. It's also a softer almost ballad style. The lyrics are so honest. it hits me every time I listen to it.
