I was a vegetarian for nearly 6 years and I totally relate to the "feeling grossed out" about the huge turkey carcass. Meat is a psychological mind f*** for me to eat. No bones or organs. Absolutely NOTHING that has eyes still! Not trying to be identified by something I ate when I get to the afterlife! 😂 And honestly, the less like a large slab of flesh the better as well! 🤷🏼♀️
@@VensVibrantNailsandBeauty lol. Do you still eat meat if it's not identifiable from its origin animal? I don't know. We were raised big meat eaters and if I go without eating meat for 3 or 4 days I start to feel really sick. I think it's possibly because I run on the low side for iron....
@@blackcat799 yes. I eat meat now. But not very much of it. And I eat it for the iron as well. And I gag down a can of tuna fish about once a month for the nutritional properties of fish also. Haha. I was a vegetarian in high school and through a couple of years of my first marriage. I band had stomach ulcers in HS during this time. The ulcers were not from my diet, but the Iron deficiency definitely was! Iron supplements are notorious for being rough on digestive tracts, so we had to switch to a special kind of liquid iron pill that had a gelatinous coating and was easier on the stomach. I guess they made it mostly for pregnant people who are also experiencing morning sickness. I was a minor at the time, on my dad's insurance, and he got insurance on my sister and I that expressly didn't include pregnancy care. 🙄This caused the insurance to constantly reject that specific form of iron. My mom and the doctor had to constantly fill out exemption paperwork explaining that I wasn't pregnant and why they were choosing this more expensive special iron pill over regular iron pills. It was absolutely ridiculous.
😍😍
You poor thing I hope your starting to feel better.
@@lisabryan3703 yes thank you! Still recovering but better.

Yuck! I'm sorry you've been feeling so crummy! I hope you are feeling better by now.
@@VensVibrantNailsandBeauty yes thank you! Not all better but 50%?
@blackcat799 I mean, that's an improvement. I hope it continues to trend that direction!
