Many urologist says that embolisation is not effective as microsurgery. They say recurrence is very high in embolisation.

The coils deployed are in proximal veins to prevent reflux in the testicular veins through the defective valves. So they are permanently placed there and not removed

And,
If the vein is blocked ,the other healthy veins through which the blood will ge more pressure and it will make dilated again?.
While the catheter is going through the veins,,will there be any damages ro the valves which can never be healed again..sir you know,valves of the veins will never be healed again!
