Ask to be put on a cancellation list if you have any concerning symptoms and have trouble getting a prompt appointment. Most offices will call you if they have an unexpected opening.
Few offices have cancellations. Gynecologists are too busy screening asymptomatic women to see anyone with symptoms.
Good luck with that. An appointment with a gynecologist can take months to set up. Also a clear post menopausal discharge can be a sign. Most gynecologists don’t believe this.
Months? Asking for a problem? Nah.
Got mine a few days later
@@Name.......... NHS here get you referred within days .
Yes it does take a ridiculous amount of time to get an appointment. I had to wait 6 weeks. I was just diagnosed with uterine cancer. So much waiting for test, test results, etc. ☹️
Yes, ANY post menopausal discharge is something to be concerned about.

I'm 48, what does it mean to get spotting and everytime you wipe blood, in-between your periods, sometimes my stomach bloating, and tired allot.
I’m postmenopausal and just have lower back pain, but it could be SI joint pain, God willing!

@@mannu2294 well yes actually I had to ask many people and it turned

@@Aac_vids why don't you consult a gynecologist?
@@mannu2294 because im still a minor living in a household with my parents and they won’t take me
Would a Pap catch that?
No, pap tests are used to detect cervical cancer. The most common sign of endometrial cancer is bleeding post-menopause
A Pap test can come back with abnormal glandular cells. That’s a sign you might have cancer and you should get a colposcopy. Read your lab reports. You can also have a clear discharge, which most gynecologists don’t seem to know.
You would need more tests.
I had a "period" after not having any for 10+ years. I have uterine cancer. I found out yesterday. I'm 53
