So happy I found this channel. Elisa is very clear, understandable and more importantly, shares her learning experiences. I wish her continued success.
Very interesting house. Watching the first walk-through, I couldn't envision it looking good but yall truly did a great job on it. The finished layout looks lovely.
Super smashed the like button! Rose Garden is a great location. I'm surprise it took a month to sell. Regardless, you're killing it with these quick turnarounds. Don't be so hard on yourself. When I grow up, I want to be just like you :)
I may have nightmares about the before state of the house! I kinda feel like I need a shower after doing the virtual walkthrough before it was renovated. You did a marvelous job, as always.
I wonder what the previous owner’s occupation is? Sounds like he’s a big asset to the company for them to shoulder the expenses & hassles of his relocation just to keep him.. Anyway, nice renovation once again! 👍
I like watching house flip where you can see the before and after. I love watching renovations too but I like how you did your videos jumping from before and the after transformation. I did like it and even without the main renovation videos. I guess as long as you showcase the bfore and after, it's still interesting and fun to watch
For this layout it would have been nice to see the floor plans in comparison, so that the changes get more understandable. Just as an idea! Your videos are great, we are flipping a one level house at the moment too. Love to see the improvements!!! Thank you so much 😊
Wow! I have often wondered how people can live like this too. I have watched real estate shows in the UK, the condition of some rental flats, to me are unlivable, but they rent for over $2,000£ or sell for near a half a million pounds. You did wonderful as usual. I have binged on your videos. Kudos from Texas.
Great info and walkthrough! I personally love wood paneling. Why? I HAVE NO IDEA. Have you ever just painted them white? It would save a lot of time and money, but i figured not for these big $$$ flips. You're inspiring us! Keep it up!
Always enjoy watching your videos. Very informative and helpful. I wanted to give you a heads up on the cabinet hardware you chose in the kitchen (and maybe the bathrooms as well). They are very nice looking and popular but I live with them in my house and there is a problem with them. When you are moving around your kitchen your clothes can catch on the ends of the pulls, which is really annoying! If , instead you had the same look but with the ends closed it would look just as good and function much better. Keep up the great work! 😇
Thanks for the feedback! I know what you mean! I actually started using square black drawer pulls now like in this video: ruclips.net/video/32WRPV92nG4/видео.html. They look super sleek and don't have that issue anymore. :)
Thumbs all the way up! I’ve been watching your videos and you do an amazing job on each home. Plus, I love your humor! Lol. This home had no potential and now it’s been remade! Swell Job!
Amazing, you are one of the 👌. Am very curious to know what gray color paint you use on the walls, you like using that color on most of your flips and it looks nice ?
Wow! What a gorgeous transformation. I've gotta get your design software. How much more would it have cost to give some pitch to that roof. I personally love a detached garage. Wonder why it is not preferred.
Good job Elissa. Sorry if I misspelled your name. I really like your videos. Very organized and to the point. You give very good tips. You inspire me to get into this business. I also really like your taste in renovations
Elisa, great jobs and two thumbs up. Amazing remodeling in two months. do you have to apply for the permit for adding a new bathroom in the master bed, redesign the whole lay out? what permit do you apply for this flip? Thanks in advance.
By seeing your videos I am kind of feeling like doing it. But as I don't have the money ,May be have use hard cash (like you told in your video) .... that makes me scared if I don't make the calculation right... I might create a big mess... but you really make me inspired in a way.... I really like to see your videos.
Beautiful work! ❤️ I wonder how big the closet is in the Master Bedroom. It looked small. I wonder if you could have made the Master Bedroom Closet bigger, by making the Shower smaller.
Your structural and cosmetic renos are impressive. However, in older homes there are usually other issues which need to be addressed to bring the house up to code such as termite abatement, re-piping old plumbing lines, electrical upgrades, lead paint and asbestos removal. You never mention these problems. How do your homes pass inspection?
Great job on the flip. Can you please tell me the interior wall paint color you used? Also, what are your thoughts on the Lifeproof Luxury plank flooring? Thanks
I am reading your book and am enjoying it. I want to watch the video but the constant "ting" in the background music gave me an instant headache. I am sure most people wouldn't even notice it but to me it was unbearable. Is there a way to hear the dialog without the background music?
Good morning dear, like that video a lot. I'm currently live in Massachusetts, so can you help me renovate my house? That will be my forever Thanksgiving gift. 🙏
@@natalielawyerchick -- My brother lives a few blocks away from Apple. He paid $100k for his house. It is a wreck but will sell for $3 million or more. He won't fix it up. He's trying to save money. He's crazy if you ask me.
Construction phase took 2 months but how long was planning and permit phase? Do you have any tips on how to take permit fast? City normally take about 4-6 weeks to give permit. Thank you.
We usually start applying for permits as soon as I purchase the house, so if the seller needs a rent back, that time would be used to apply for permits too. It helps to apply for kitchen and bath over the counter permits first and a separate permit for any structural changes so your contractor can start some work first.
do not judge ppl on how they live, madam. Feng shui is not a common american way of life. the sellers did not build the house. they were merely improving on the house as you did. you didnt even fix the flat roof .so when you judge others judge you and it will cost you.
Oh, my goodness...$950.000 is a "good" price for a small, characterless house like this? Where I live it would have been around $300,000. I'm glad I don't have to pay California prices! We just bought an 11 year old 3200 sq. ft. for $408,000.
That was one UGLY house! From the outside it looks tiny, I think that was one problem. It is not really attractive. You have done a great job. I love the marble backsplash too and master shower floor.
I like her humility; a lot of RUclips flippers only brag about their big flips. She seems very straightforward and honest.
Aww, thank you for your kind words!

my dad is a house flipper, and his friend. dont tell them I told you this, but you're my favorite house flipper of all time :D
Awww you are so sweet! This just made my day 🥰
Very interesting house. Watching the first walk-through, I couldn't envision it looking good but yall truly did a great job on it. The finished layout looks lovely.
Yeah, it was a tricky layout for sure. So glad that you liked how it turned out!
Please discuss permits in changing lay out, knocking down walls, etc.
I love how Elisa is being so sarcastic but talk so peacefully. It sounds like a joke but it’s also not a joke. 😂
We’re working on our first flip now! Your videos have been so helpful :)
we're on our second, total gut down to floor Joyce's and studs, home is almost 100 years old. Best wishes

Aww, you are too kind! You are pretty grown up yourself :D Yeah, buyers are weird sometimes - I think my buyer bought it as a rental too 😑

That Before and After is INCREDIBLE! Sorry to hear that the sales didn't go as well as planned. Keep hustling! 👍
The nicest and cleanest item in the before was the bottle of Downy! Great job with the after!
Your really good at designing
Thank you so much!

Where I live in the US, a house exactly as it was before the remodel would probably sell for 80-100k. 🤕
One more beautiful transformation !

What a beautiful transformation. Great job👍🏽
Wow. Excellent job. Well done very impressed. Thanks for your vids
I think the exposed beams in the main space looked weird that may have affected some buyers too. Maybe a reallly large opening to the kitcken insted
What is the name of the gray color on the walls and the white color on the ceiling?
That transformation was like the ugly duckling and the swan. Stunning after.

At 5:30 the kitchen looks ransacked, not merely abandoned. Why would a seller leave it in this condition?
Thanks for sharing! Always great content.

Fantastic transformation. What's the hexagon tile you used for the kitchen backsplash and where can I find it? Love your vids!!!!!!!!
Great bones. How do you find your deals?
Beautiful flip! Unrelated to this house but does it ever make sense for you to add sqft to a house as part of the flip?
Very nice work! Where do you get your kitchen cabinets from?
The whole flipping thing can only happen in a hot real estate market.
Mobile island 🤣 lol you’re so funny!
Great work. Do you even get furniture as a part of flip?
Hello Elisa, great project! Could I ask what is the ceiling height for this house?
Thanks! It’s standard 8 foot ceiling.
Do you have families or friend helping you regarding flipping houses aside from contractors.
Do you have a house tour of your house I'm really interested in what your house looks like 👍
Yes, I made this video on my own home remodel: ruclips.net/video/h0kuIl5Ii8w/видео.html
Hi Elisa love your videos !! What do you charge per Sqft Typically?
Is that your husband with the camera? Beautiful work. If one thing I wish I would’ve done with my life, it would be the same as you’re doing now.
Good morning dear, like that video a lot. I'm currently live in Massachusetts, so can you help me renovate my house? That will be my forever Thanksgiving gift. 🙏
I'm not amazed about how they lived but why is that house 950k??!?!?!?!?!?!?
in the bay area, you pay for the land!
I guess lol. It’s really not much land in my opinion. But if people can buy it they will.
@@lonnellwashere True, but demand drives the prize crazy!
The Bay Area is the most expensive place to live in the country. That’s the only reason that house sold for so much.

it looks like a (maze)
Dang wonder how they got their company to relocate such people
The City Health Dept and Child Services should have been called to report these people. Disgraceful!!!
900k for a flip?
The reason why it took so long to sell probably because it’s really a crime scene( jk). Great work!
950k for that!? Holy moly. Why do people choose to live in areas like that?
