In all honesty this version of the Nemesis seem with the dumb AI and the scripted encounters seems like a very inefficient and borderline retarded killing machine ... it's effective in all ways, but one ... actually dealing with its target ... but his great at collateral damage! So I think the question of ""How retarded do you want to make this game boss?" The answer was "Yes"

Not once did I ever really feel paranoid that the nemesis might pop up anywhere in this game. I know the original Nemesis had scripted moments as well but he was present through out 2/3 of the game. You never felt safe. This game drops the ball so much with him that it's completely embarrassing. I'm not saying that I want Jill to die but, there are countless times where she should have died when RE3R nemesis grabed her but he chooses to toss her. All this does is diminish the threat that he is.

Jill wakes up a day after RE2, the game goes on from there. And then Jill and Carlos escape in the helicopter. Raccoon City is then destroyed.
