I'd say you're still one of the top cat anglers out there regardless. Keep grinding man!
I appreciate that man. I'm gonna stay after em!
10:15 A-10 warthog!
Awesome vid man, can't wait to watch you catch a giant on tourney day. It will happen!
I'm definitely gonna keep trying. Thanks man!
It always makes my days better watching this man catch the fish of my dreams! Spencer, thank you for following your dreams and making good content for us all!
Man, if it wasn't for your support I wouldn't be able to do a lot of the things I'm doing. I appreciate the hell outta you!
5:02 that’s one good looking sob right there! Lol thanks for tagging along bud it was fun and can’t wait to do it again!
Been binge watching you most of today because of weather. Love to see it. Keep up the good videos buddy!
Way better day out then me at work watching 😂😂😂
Your vids are always entertaining thanks again for another great vid.
I enjoy your vids and the talking. I prefer the talk on the boat. I also like that you still show the vids even when few, if any fish are caught. On your next one, I hope ya catch a big one!
Glad to see you in central Mo fishing. I know the boat ramp where you all took off from. There is another tournament later this month and it's a benefit tournament for a friend of mine that is battling cancer. Good luck on the big muddy.
Tournament footage is a really good idea. Great job on this episode.
Thanks man. Glad ya enjoyed it.
Hang in there bro, love the tournament fishing!
Ive recently started tournament fishing in the last 12 months. Have had some success and some failures. It always helps me to be familiar with the water and the fishes patterns on said water. Keep it up bud, yall will get that big win soon!
I feel like that's the nature of tournament fishing. I'm gonna fish another this Saturday. Fingers crossed we see some improvement.
Thank you sir for recommending Frank's red hot. That is a game changer
Sweet boat!
It was a fun one to ride around in.
Wow what an insane nice river boat!
I remember the warthogs frequently buzzing over me on the Osage River in Missouri. Hope you did well in the tournament
They're a cool sight man. I appreciate it.
Got back just in time. Was out fishing for cats myself. Used stink and crawlers. Nada. Thanks as always for sharing brother!! 👍🏽👊🏽✊🏽☺💯
Hopefully we both do better the next time haha. Thanks for always watching man!
Awesome video Spenc! Thanks man!
You bet man. I appreciate ya!
Awww yea. Day off work... Time for some River Certified babyyyyy!
Finally another video😊thanks
Awesome video my friend there will be plenty more tournaments for you to win keep those lines tight brother
Thanks man. I'm gonna keep trying
I wanted to thank you for the pointers you gave me. I didn't catch anything at robert s kerr but when i got home i went to our local lake and hammered the channel cat all day. I guess that lake was a little behind on seasonal patterns than the lakes i know idk and dont care i had a blast. Thanks!
Hopefully you get them both dialed in. Glad you're having a blast man!
Fun stuff! Better luck next time!
God bless all here.
I'll be in some of these central missouri tournaments wish I woulda known you'd be in this one cause I woulda joined to meet ya and get a pic with ya man that missouri river is rough!!!
Surprised to see you doing tournaments,i thought i heard you mention that they kinda take the fun out of fishing due to all the stress an stuff,But good luck with the series and i hope you guys get a good pattern figured out so you will win a few.The 26ft SeaArk W/300 Zuke is a Beast of a rig and looks to be very fishable and a good safe ride if the water gets rough. Thanks for takin us fishin again Spencer, your hard work is always appreciated.
I just kinda started getting the itch, and it keeps getting worse. Hopefully we keep getting better. We definitely can't make any excuses when it comes to the boat. Thank you for watching.
Awsome video as always. That dude's boat is♨♨♨
Agreed. Glad ya enjoyed the video!
So awesome my friend doing that is on my bucket list!
I hope you get the chance someday man!
The end of the trail dikes are where we catch them blues this time of year. Where the dike meets the river bed on a current seem is the shizna. Keep grinding. Great vid and keep your powder dry and your pantry stocked young man 💪😎🙏
THAT IS A SUPER NICE BOAT! Holy crap in jealous!
i love your set up❤❤❤
Was a good time!
Good luck!!!! You two can win this !!!👍
Hopefully one of these days I will
@@RiverCertified you got this!!! 👍
At the :34 mark you’re driving over the MO river in Miami, MO. I drive that same bridge every day for work, and have fished that area my whole life. Have pulled out some massive flathead out of that river.
Awesome boat Dude.
Agreed. Pretty spoiled riding around in Seth's rig.
Go cubbies!!!! Beautiful catch’s
The first day was great. Not so much since haha.
Yeah Spence!!!
Hey Spencer cool watching y'all work on catch ing the winning fish ,hey man I'd liked to be there having fun , kudos to y'all.
Thanks Jeff. I really enjoy the learning aspect of it all. Thanks for watching!
My bimini top is the absolute BEST purchase I've made for my boat! Rigged up some lights on mine, it's nice!
I'm down in Florida tearing up the sheep head and black drum can't wait to get home for some catfishing
That sounds awesome man
Looks awfully familiar there but honestly a lot of central mo does 😂. Hope you enjoyed my general area bud love your vids
For sure man. Thanks for watching.
Can't believe you ate that meat stick. Too funny 😂.great video
I just can't help myself sometimes haha
Hell yeah if an A10 is flying overhead your in the right spot🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍
Ahh see you are fishing my old stomping grounds! A10's should have brought some Brrrrrrtttttttt and brought up a few cats lol.
Haha that would have gone from awesome to legendary
Well shit you did come to Missouri lol, hells yeah!! Awesome vid and fish man!!!
Glad ya enjoyed it man
I like that river a lot.
You fishing out of a Cadillac of cat boats. Keep on em brother. Did not forget us when your breakin necks and cashin checks Great Video
Been curious about these rods you’ve been using.. I’ve noticed they aren’t your normal whisker seeker rods.. are those your new prototypes? 😬
If you want some good flathead fishing try the Rock River between Oregon and Sterling/Rock Falls. Great water. Good luck to you in the tournaments
Thanks Brent
Awesome video
Thanks!
Always a good time fishing. What rod are you using now? What happened to the whisker seeker rods?
luck is 40% of fishing ,40% is knowing where fish are (in a water body of some kind) that you need to entice them with bait ( almost any kind of meat from fish to hot dogs to garlic sausage, moms meat loaf) and 20% is the company to have while waiting for the fish to bite, Love your channel and the way you try to make fishing sound complicated and difficult, I spose in a tourny you might want to catch a fish to satisfy your ego but most folks fish for fun and relaxation. If in my younger days I could have caught bigger fish I would have enjoyed the sport more but I worked 60 hrs a week and fishing ans golfing were my way to get away
Heck, y'all did better than almost 33% of the entries. 😉♥
I love the positivity haha
You should look into fishing the 2 day tournament in rising sun Indiana on September 9th and 10th
Spencer come to nor California do a video
I have a question, did you ever have any problems with discoloration or the cork handle flaking off of your whisker seeker rods, I’m getting fmjs and I seen an old review saying both of those are cons.
You were on the river in central MO? That's my stomping grounds.
Man. It'd be WICKEDLY awesome if I ran into you sometime lol.
Definitely say hi if ya do!
Next one you got it in the bag!
Hope you're right man. We're gonna try!
I like the way you guys think I have a yeti and an rtic for bait and fish and a walmart cooler for drinks
Sweet video! What rods are those?
what wrap is that on the handles of your poles?
Alright. So the fishing wasn’t the greatest, but you were out there regardless, which is more than I can say. Loved seeing the A-10 Warthog tank killer fly by.
Kinda where my head is at too. Thanks for watching man.
Warthog I fueled many of them in afghan kinda cool seeing on your video lol
Thanks for your service man. I appreciate the hell outta it.
Ahhh gee thanks sir glad to see you getting into the fishing tournament side of things I’m getting close to that goal myself
What kind of rods are you running in this video?
I like your tourney show.
What rods are you using now I noticed you I using the same ones
Are you using the Cw- 453d: Reel ??
@9:50 it looked like a baby shark 😆
I agree haha
Damn Spencer. I saw the SeaArk with the Suzuki and thought “Man, he’s really upgraded”. The EasyCat is a great boat but it’s overkill for a catfishing boat.
It's a great family boat that doubles as a great bigwater catfishing boat, at least that's the way I look at it.
@@RiverCertified That’s how I would describe it. There’s not a better made aluminum boat made than SeaArk. However, I feel it’s targeted more towards guides than the casual cat fisherman/family man. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. And when you figure that a new Vexus 21 foot bass boat costs over $100k, a SeaArk, even the EasyCat, is quite a value.
What kinda rods are those u using
Got my first kitty off a hot dog on Easter cant wait to get me a slob this year
Good luck dude!
Heeeeeeyyyyyyy Bauer!!!!❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yoooooooo
That’s an A-10 warthog probably from Whitman AF base
Another great video Spencer 🤘 I would love to see a colab with @kyakcatfish you both slay the kitties. Also everyone should check out his channel if you like Spencers.
Thanks man. I don't think Justin is a fan of me. I definitely appreciate the recommendation tho.
@@RiverCertified well that's a shame but keep killing it man. I love watching your videos out here in the Pacific Northwest.
I don't like kayak catfish either.
What gear are you running now?
What kind of rods are those
I fished that same tournament I think 🤔
Holy fuck, not every day an A-10 Flys that close to you! Fishing / aviation / motorcycle nerd here.
What's the new rods? Sponsored?
At @25:33 the far left pole had a big flat bite.
Are you going to do anymore tournaments?
That plan is to start fishing a few more
Did you switch rod brands?
Kinda. I built my own rods.
@@RiverCertifiedNice, did you make them by hand or is it a secret?
I actually caught a blue two hours ago that had a weird hole in its back too.
That's pretty odd, especially after the one in the video
Perfect boat too cook in just saying
If it was better weather and not a tournament I'd have been grilling up all kinds of stuff haha
what's bothering him is you keep on yapping for youtube! A necessary evil. :} We enjoy. Good work. Props to your partner for dealing with you for a few hours
Where was this? I live in MO! And your more than welcome to crash if your in the Springfield area! I may even call in sick to go with you.
Looks like Truman? I’ve mentioned the evasive white catfish there right?
VERRY nice boat ! I think it cost a much as a car ;... Annyway more then space enoug to fish with 2 guys ! Alsway nicer to fish with 2 than allone. Just in case you need somme help.... ow man I love that boat ! he looks brand new
All good I just know the feeling when you have had grand slam days at the same spots then don't get shit better luck next time. Clay from mobile Alabama
You nailed it man. I'll keep after it anyway. I'm surely you will too.
Where are you at ? Is central mo a town or what
Tournament goes by biggest catch or total weight?
Heaviest 5 fish
Was that an A-10?
Not sure to be honest.
Second fish you caught it looks like it has been snagged
You should use a small tube, to burp them. They aren't as apt to "lose weight". 😂
Opportunity for improvement hopefully you can catch giants next time.
That's what I'll keep working towards.
dang i like that boat can you tell me where i can get boat like that
Are the reels, penn squall 20lw?
They're penn fathoms.
@@RiverCertified nice! I have 2- fathom 30 and a 60.
Is that the Osage river
Lets gooo
Yessir!
Dang, nice boat. But I'm not jealous. My 1968 Crestline puts everyone to shame. (Especially me.)
Fortunately the boat don't catch the fish. I honestly feel a little ashamed to be in a nice boat and have a bad day on the water.
Boooo jet shallow time is life!!!!!❤that is a bad ass boat tho!!!lol
I'm with ya. Riding in that boat was awesome though.
This time of year bro I’m telling ya find the bait find the fish. Find what they are eating where they are eating and you will find some big ones . They don’t really hole up this time of year in big water. They feed on them struggling fish that’s why they get fat if they are smart cats
