That looked like a fun day. Congrats on the big fish. I appreciate all the Monster rod holder /HydroWeb net love your show on your rig. Looking forward to your next show. Nicely done sir.
@@anglersitch yeah I caught one last fall I couldn't even pick up my scale went to 99 but I couldn't hold it long enough to get a good weight it's tail was on the ground and the scale was saying 75 I would like to make some videos I put one on there stlriverfishing a 31 the only time I've been fishing this year
And the video was very well done. I fish for blues too, and it’s hard enough by yourself without filming. I struggle with just taking a simple photo of a catch. lol. Plus the Missouri River is a harsh environment especially with high water and debris flow. It’s not for the faint of heart for sure. But it’s an adventure and exhilarating.
Those were just rods we were sampling. We haven’t launched yet but are getting close. You can find us on Facebook for updates. You can also find the owner Ben Lamkins on Facebook for updates.
They were out of the water for less than 10 mins. I just pulled them out of the livewell and set them on the floor. Catfish are very resilient. My freezer is packed full of fish and deer so I don’t need to keep everything I catch.
What a great day of fishing, thanks for taking me along!

Thought you was only supposed to use three poles at a time
In Missouri you can use more than 3 as long as they are labeled. All mine are labeled. Says it right in the regulations 👍🏻
If you are gonna release em why wait so long just letting them lay in boat and keep one of those be enough nuggets for month
