I will never understand how DuBois can be so hilarious and so terrifying at the same time, and I love it. And of course, Megamind's comedy is legendary.
Frances McDomand is an absolute legend in voicing Dubois. Not only that her voice fits perfectly for Dubois especially in getting the French accent, she also was the one who did the "Non je ne regrette rien" singing as Dubois! Yes, that was four time Academy Award Winner Frances McDormand's singing. Props to DreamWorks for finding the right actress for the role 🙌
Megamind is clever, emotional and fast-paced, but what makes the movie work is the talented voice cast. Chief among them is JK Simmons, who happens to be very familiar with the superhero genre. In addition, Will Ferrell, Jonah Hill and Ben Stiller flex their comedic talents through one-liners that were reportedly improvised, while Brad Pitt does not disappoint either. What results is a movie with a high rewatch value.
And the Verminator from Over The Hedge. Almost every single line of dialogue makes me laugh in some way. The other 2 villains you mentioned though are also hilarious. 😂

The crucial difference is that Megamind can tap into his better nature and become happier and wiser for it. Tighten cannot, causing him no end of misery and ultimately leading to his downfall.
Megamind is best remembered for giving an interesting new spin to the superhero genre for kids. In many ways, Megamind served as the mirror for the Incredibles, giving viewers a world where a supervillain finally defeated his hero.

Ohh Captain Chantel DuBois is still my favorite DreamWorks villain, she may be evil but she is definitely pretty but also funny when trying to get her prey.
I was sad that Mr. Tweedy didn't return in Chicken Run Dawn Of The Nugget beside his wife, he's one of the funniest villains I love from the first film especially he reminds me of Horace from 101 Dalmatians as they are both right about animals being organized.
Funnily enough, Rumple didn’t HAVE to take the day Shrek was born to alter the past enough to let him gain the control he wanted. All he had to do was get rid of the day Shrek met Donkey. Without that day, a large amount of the first movie's events wouldn't have happened and Rumple would've won anyway. Without Shrek meeting Donkey, his reaction to the Fairytale Creatures being in his swamp would've been less effective. There's even a chance Shrek wouldn't have gone to Duloqu because Donkey wouldn't be in the swamp when Shrek asked who knew where Farquad lived, as he could've kept running from Farquad's men until he lost them, so he'd not have been taken to the swamp with the other Fairytale Creatures. And None of the other Fairytale Creatures wanted to speak up. No Donkey, no one tells Shrek where to go, Shrek doesn't save Fionna and Rumple gets control of Far Far Away. And, with his very existence not on the line, while still motivated to get his family back, Shrek would've been that little bit less motivated to try and stop Rumple within the only 24 hours he had left, because he wouldn't have had just 24 hours. Rumple was just too spiteful to realise that. He wanted payback against Shrek for unknowingly foiling his plans, so he jumped at the most obviously cruel thing he could think of. But, had he taken just a brief moment to think about it, he could've made things far crueller. Ironic, he didn’t go AS evil as he could've all because he let his emotions get the better of him. Such a small mistake, with such a big consequence
The writers (including Academy Award Nominee Noah Baumbach who did an extensive script rewrite just for the money to pay his divorce lawyers 😂) did such amazing with Dubois. She's a villain with no tragic backstory, she just wants a lion. That's pretty much it and the writers went out with their way to make her a Terminator killing machine and it's absolutely amazing 😂

Megamind is definitely the lost memorable villain Dreamworks has ever created. It's a shame that they felt the need to create a completely unnecessary sequel over a decade later.
Megamind shouldnt be considered for this list he became a villian cause hes not human looking he dropped in a prison as a baby thanks to metro man for no reason then the facility just accepts it instead saying wth is baby doing in here we gotta find his parents
