Depends if police knew you were obviously in a stolen vehicle, if you obviously know driver doesn't have or ever had that type of vehicle same with insurance
If they can prove you knew the car was stolen its allowed to be carried in a stolen car and all passengers can also receive a driving ban. It happened to me 20 years ago
If you know the car is stolen it is indeed a criminal offence. "Allowing to be carried" is the charge.

To be honest Ricky the kid couldn't drive for shiz, self grassing like that is not great. Back in the day I've blown away volvo t5's in my mk2 fez xr2 1.6 carb not even fuel injection. I've grown up now so I don't even get pulled over anymore yet alone chased. Drive safe guys
