1:25 Realism-wise, the old fluid system better simulated heat diffusion than fluid flow. If we assume no pipe friction and pipes always being full, then a much more accurate simulation of fluid flow is how Factorio implements *electricity.* Of course, pipe friction exists. If you use the same pump to push water through 1000km of pipe, the pump might break. Which is why in reality, there's usually a pump station every 20-50km or so. In the new fluid system, we need a pump station every 250m.
Yep, major early game use of Quality is space platform. High quality solars make far more power with no extra weight. And high quality furnaces and assemblers produce faster, also with no extra weight and without the increased power cost of speed modules.
realism wise pipelines are usually not half-empty (you have a full pipe and use a valve at the end to control flow right before the fluid is used for something)
Visualising your base grabbing your shitty power plant by the ankles made me chuckle, not gonna lie.
thank you for including your failures. it's much more instructive than saying "here's a design that works, copy it, no need to understand it"

Literally have been watching a bunch of your videos in the last day or two and went to find a new thing to watch, perfect timing
new space platform established, "Satan"
this is gonna go well
Toyota Corolla is the best space platform name I've seen so far.

An amazing way to start off a new day, new Ryan Brown upload!
(It is 1am, I should be sleeping 😂)
Please research bigger power poles before heading off to Vulcanus mate.
I'm just impressed
why?
Came out perfectly to occupy enough time to get me to the 3hs to go point, until DLC release. But now I'm bored again 😅.
same struggle bro
hey congrats i cant watch this for a bit but i move your vids
where do you put them?
@@theendofthestart8179 he probably meant “love”
wdym they removed bluetooth fluid transfering 17:23
there are 4 new planets no?
I can’t visit number 4 yet, so there’s no point mentioning that until later
No gambling with quality😢
That’s gonna wait until fulgora
