  • Hi, my name is Matt Stigler and I am a pro footballer (or soccer) performance coach. The whole goal of this channel is to bring you guys pro footballer level athletic performance advice that I couldn't afford and didn't have access to as a kid completely for free.

    Great advice. But no matter how much most people train they won't be as explosive as Doku or Mpabbe. That's God given speed.

      Just posted on my Instagram about my client who hit mbappe level speed. He was fast before, but nowhere near those numbers. These things can be taught. Obviously to an extent. But if you worry about what your genetic limit is you will never get there

    Matt, I have a really short distance of sled push, like maybe 15 meters? Can I still use it for acceleration

    Matt, would you say full body Monday, fully body Wednesday, and primer session on the Friday before hand on Saturday would work ? Thanks for the info 🙌

    Can I become a footballer if I smoke us? Because I see some players doing this and I wonder, is it mandatory to do this to be accepted into the football team?

    Hi, I love this video but could perhaps include some examples of clips when explaining something so that we can better understand what you are saying. Dont get me wrong you are explaining really well and I am learning but by having a visual demonstration it will help greatly. Thanks!

    How do you feel about Nordic curls, tibialis raises and hip flexor raises?

      Love Nordic’s, if the other two make you feel good keep doing them but I don’t program them often

      @@YourFootballTrainerits not that tib raises make me feel good but since i do calf raises in my program wouldnt not training shins cause a muscular imbalance?
