To be fair a famous spy isnt a very good spy
Leeor Engelstein only true if that spy is still in service, a retired famous spy could have been very good before he became famous
You realize they are allowed to retire right
Just Cuz ur American
Because you would know what makes someone a good or bad spy.
Yeah cause being a famous spy will be harder to complete tasks since they are suppose to be secretive.
The best spy agencies are the ones we don't know about... ...yet...
Jesse McCree true but are there still any
Jesse McCree bet North Korea has one
It's R&AW . Nobody knows nothing.
🍎™ I might be a spy and not know it .
True. But if the agency is not known that it does not have diplomatic power. Generally, spies are given diplomatic passports and if put in jail, the police can contact the Mi6 and have them released. Organisations have no power if they are known and cannot even contact their own military or police because they don’t know it exists.
I’m quite annoyed you used the swastika to represent the ww1 Germans. Completely different
Sam Long but it's the best symbol
Sam Long it's a bit sad they assume that the nazis are associated in both ww1
Lyn Charles any of the symbols actually used in ww1 to represent the Germans would have worked
That confused me as well. A glaring mistake.
Another mistake is that behind the WWII german soldier in London, the London Eye was there?
The ‘Ace of spies’ was, is and always will be - Johny English!
He works for MI7 not MI6.
V. Sriram Sundar mi7 doesn’t exist
V. Sriram Sundar no it doesn’t it did in the world wars but then it doesn’t now
Yes I agree
@@sriramsundar8388 mi7 isn’t real
It used to be but that was like 100 years ago
Actually, MI6’s actual name is Her Majesty’s Secret International Intelligence Service. A long name but as a Brit I just know it.
TY
I want to become a kingsmen 🕵🏾
No its military intelligence section 6
Secret intelligence service, SIS is aka MI6
That would be MIIIIIIIIIIIII6 not MI6
When the United States entered World War II, MI6 trained personnel of the U.S. Office of Strategic Services; it has since cooperated with the OSS’s successor, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
Exactly MI6 are extremely efficient and are incredibly talented in getting other intelligence agencies to cooperate and give them information

You really like the UK vs USA stuff don’t you
FunkyMunky 40 it sparks some very intelligent conversations.

Whenever you compare the UK to the US. It's about quality over quantity
Nah bruh you guys are lucky you can even compare to us
@@user-if2uz4ur8o who started the idea of espionage. Who "doesn't" have operatives in every single country in the world. Who is so unknown that there are next to no films made about them?

Got to love how the description of the formation of the CIA is an exact word by word read of Wikipedia.
Haha I requested for this video! Thanks Infographics show!
Samuel Campion nah i did it earlier
No i have been requesting this video for months now so you can thank me for getting it made but i appreciate you trying to help!
Frankie P lmao obviously not - the infographics show liked the comment, showing it is true.
No I asked for this video you liar!
Is the new version of "first"?!
MI6: SIR WILL YOU HAVE SOME TEA.
CIA:NO I HAVE BEER!!!
KGB : ???
Blyat ! Vodka
MOSSAD: Is your tea kosher ?
Hahah give me vodka naxuy
Lebron The Goat can anyone be sure they are secret organisation soooo theres always a chance that they are still kicking.
KGB ANSWERS NO I WANT SOME VODKA
CIA has their own paramilitary wing, the Special Activities Division. For similar operations Mi6 uses the Special Air Service and Special Boat Service.
Very true. For totally deniable work they use that group, whatever they are called, of long serving SAS, SBS and Intelligence service guys.
Afghan National army is the elite in subtle covert combat you fools

Kev task force 141...
Kev they have E Squadron which is comprised of men from UKSF
Nazi's weren't around till the 1930s and communism till 1914 was still theoretical. You really need to do a full course in history.
The first communist country was the USSR, which was formed in 1917, right?

MI6 didn’t tell the world that Iraq had WMD’s, that was the US
Jonathan Kerr because Iraq didn't have WMDs. It was just an excuse for the Americans to invade.
Yeah. MI6 just made the claim that Saddam had WMDs that could reach the UK in 45 minutes; even then, some MI6 employees claimed that they said no such thing and their report was doctored / misrepresented by or for Prime Minister Blair.
JohnDuctual Master Yeah that's why Bill Clinton and Tony Blair are known as war criminals. It was fake, as you said for an excuse to attack.
Can’t get through a comment section without someone going after the us. Grow up!
Both said they had them because they did they didnt have nukes they had chemical
An Intelligence officer is essentially a handler, not a spy. Like the video says a lot of agents are foreign informants, but I have heard that usually Brits who work as agents don’t apply, they are approached, as Ferguson was.
Here comes the my country is better no my country is bs
Spelliing Murekuh ful yeaahhhh!
Spelliing 😂😂😂
sotp mace fun of he sepling
I like your videos, only thing I could recommend is to keep the information up after you state it until the opposing sides information is viewable as it will be easier to compare the two (at least for me as I have to keep flicking back and forth).
Either way I'll keep checking out your content :-)

Nermin Delkic no
Connor Willis look at the poll genius
Nermin Delkic wow 30... You must feel special
Nermin Delkic out of the 11k who watched this video
Connor Willis Mi6 wins just like SAS is better than seals
Ooooo do Kingsman vs Statesman.....if anyone's interested
Well statesman cause almost all the kingsman are dead
I mean statesmen would win, since most of the kingsmen are dead and is backed by the statesmen. The kingsman has like 2 agents now, while the statesman likely has hundreds. The kingsmen also lost all of their resources and finance and have to rely on the Statesman for funding
Eagle J. However I think before the destruction of statesmen the kingsman where the best
All the Kingsman are dead but Harry and the other man is alive
Blyatsman is better
MI6 all the way
Loui Coleman no
lol CIA more badass
Braden Rich you're obnoxious lmao.

"Hahahaha, errr no. MI5 invented spying."
Ancient Romans invented spying. Google frumentarii
Are you being serious? No of course not
Bit harsh to just rush over the computer hacking part, considering they’re the ones who hired Alan Turing and the offer code breakers to decode the enigma machine, essentially winning WW2 for the allies.
Long Awaited!
FBI: “We have Scully and Mulder!”
CIA: “We have Mason and Woods!”
Yep
James Bond has left the chat
MI6: We have Bonnie and Clyde
MI6: we have Bond James Bond
Love you ingraphics!!!!!!!!🤟🤟
The MI6, officially ‘The Secret Intelligence Service’ primarily deals In foreign threats towards the UK and handles the Foreign Office. Additionally they also act on home soil, in conjunction with the more prominent MI5 - officially ‘Her Majesty’s Secret Service’ who deal with Domestic threats and handle the Home Office - albeit on a slightly smaller scale and with less power. EDIT; I wouldn’t actually know where to place Bond, I think the position he holds within the movies is a combination of both the MI5 and the MI6. People in general mistakingly refer to the MI6 as ‘The Secret Service’ when it should be the MI5, and I solely place this blame on the popularity of the movies.
mi5 actual name is her majesty's security service
not secret service like the US secret service (Presidents bodyguards) cos the UK equivalent of the US secret service is the Protection Command and they protect the Prime Minister as well as Her Majesty and the rest of the Royal Family. On the other hand Her Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) AKA Military Intelligence section 6 is universally recognised as MI6. MI5 (Her Majestys Secret Service) deal with domestic counter-intelligence whereas MI6 deal with foreign intelligence
The MI5 is more prominent than MI6?
Any chance of a collaboration between you guys and simple history? Both channels are great!
This is what I got from the overall news at the time: The WMD's was misinformation thanks to training, given via SAS for playing shellgames and such to protect potential targets from assassination, but was also useful in making the world think they had WMDs as Sadam thought it would hold everyone at bay. That was why 3(?) empty trucks were found buried in the sand. They were the "shells" that supposedly transporting the nonexistent "WMD peas" from site to site. It was a well told lie that eventually cost him everything. The US said their were WMDs and UK Minister Tony Blair parroted it as justification.
I've been waiting for u guys to post a video...
Now a days infographics show is not on a daily basis. Eagerly waiting for their updates
The MI6 also hires deniable operators (K's) which are usually ex-SAS to do the more "shady" jobs (assassination (cleaning house), kidnapping, sabotage, ext...)
While watching this my phone made a loud continuous buzz sound then restarted. First thought was you took advantage of some glitch in your video to scare viewers, similar to how iOS once crashed when a specfic string of text was recieved. Turns out it is a relatively common random occurence with very good timing haha
Great editing dude.
I've noticed a lot of your videos on military and other agencies, out of curiosity, what is your opinion on the SRR (British Special Reconnaissance Regiment)?
My grandad work for mi6 and even though he hasn’t done it for 30 years and was mainly involved in the cold war he still can’t say what he did to anyone but he did tell me how to make bombs 😂
Well, Britain was indirectly involved in the Cold War but I think he can't share the information because this information might be involved with the Russian Federation today.
😳🇵🇰
Well the MI6 did train the CIA which is why they alot of similarities in terms of training, skillset, and overall capability.
Just realised that it’s in our government’s interest to fund James Bond movies because they make us like MI6
You used the Nazis in your description of imperial Germans but the British were in fact refering to the Kaiser and his intelligence services, that being said MI6 was used during the second world war and against the nazis so it's not terribly untrue
I'm waiting for somebody to think MI5 is gone because of that scene from Skyfall.
Its mi 6
Thus is my new favorite info graphics show
We ticked you off our list well done.
Interesting
Mi6 but I'm a Brit and I'm proud of it so British pride 🇬🇧
" Skill is stronger than strength"!
You are officially on the watchlist
CANZUK vs European Union!!

Notification squad!!!!
What what?!
Incel squad you mean

CIA would sell out their own child for their precious country
Whereas British government is bit more committed to both country and its people

You should do the FBI vs the NCA, the similar British equivalent of the FBI.
This
May I suggest reading "confessions of an economic hitman"? I bet you'll like it.
Can you do GCHQ VS NSA please. Loving ur vids
Rememeber to giver the finger to the camera on your phone every now and then to let the CIA know you know they're watching you
I love how you represent the German threat (pre-WWI) as the Nazis. I guess we forgot about the German Empire.
Can you talk about the Canadian security intelligence service (CSIS) and/or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Literally, both services are very effective, but the MI6 are more "posh" :)
Uh MI5 is homeland Security not foreign affairs unlike MI6
MI5 vs FBI
They don't do the same thing stupid.
The FBI is a crime investigation department similar to the UK NCA, national crime agency formally known as SOCA.
MI5 is the UK domestic intelligence service similar to the US NSA. National security agency.
Basically Secret Police vs a Police force? *double-tap from a suppressed Sig Sauer p226* "He knew too much"
Interesting fact. When I was in basic training for the army, CIA agents in training used us to hone their polygraph skills.
Nice ! I like it ! From Indonesia ! Make nasa vs the others !
Mi5 vs FBI
Time for my daily dose of education.
Looking forward to watch RAW vs ISI
You should do a video of which global leader protection forse is better. The Queen's Royal Guards or the president Secret Service
All you need to know is that unlike the US, the UK bases the military on quality over quantity
Unlike the US. The british rely on guts, strength and skill instead of technology
I see all these people saying USA is the reason the UK is where it is and that the USA is the best of the best
Which I have no problem with. The US military is one of the best in the world and with an amazing special force forces sector.
However you cannot disregard the fact that "Delta Force" and "SEAL Teams" were based and inspired by the UK's SBS and SAS.
If anyone doubts the UK's special forces sector and the UK's military, just search up MARK BILLINGHAM MBE and you wont question that the UK has the best special forces sector
Maybe you could do one about Germany's various security agencies?
BKA/Bundespolizei, BND and BfV.
That'd be super cool and something many people could be interested in.
Upvote since I'm German :P
Stand down.
Wogh ...what's movie..?
Splendid!
The most famous British spy? Sir Christopher Lee of course
Don't get so split, we're allies.

No, MI6 is better
So
USA always with NATO
British Empire vs the USA would be interesting
It’s happened. Twice.
Sam 998 Technically the USA was British once. We’re basically the successful son of the Brits.
Republic Supporter The fact that even civilians have fucking tanks is crazy. The civilians of America can literally fight a war with a smaller country and win. Then the military, fuckers rule the sea, sky and land. It’s suicide for any country to fight the USA unless you are Russia. And as you say “The US is simply overpowered” is true in almost every way possibly
They already did that in 1775
The former doesn't exist, the latter does. Whose more successful?
Hey please make a video about Interpol after this ☝🏻

Your voice is perfect.
The UK Government Codes and Cipher School (WWII name)/Government Communications Headquarters are the ones who do the signals intelligence in the UK (hacking computers, cryptanalysis), not MI6. Of course they do work together.
I have to learn about Spain help
Damn their starting salary is lower than mine and my job is way more safe.
There are many more jobs dangerous than working for an intelligence service, such as in mining, highway construction, farming. Look at the statistics.
@@terryhollands2794 highway construction is not comparable to a war like job. thats insane.
Nomercy 661 It’s not comparable but there is probably more deaths per year in highway construction.
Timothy Brown working for the secret squirrel has massive stability and government work has its own perks. The only downside is sometimes you have to move sidewards to go up and yeah the pay will never be amazing. I commute into Vauxhall’s station everyday so it’s pays enough to get a 3 bed house and an ok car but it’s not the same as a stock broker. The one thing working in this business is walking into that building everyday and pinching yourself that it’s your office and it’s always fun bringing friends into the building for a drink at the bar and that look they have when they come in.
William Stephenson ends the discussion on who is the most effective spy network creator.
It's obviously MI6 I mean c'mon. The MI6 was the first and still the best intelligence agency.
Go FSB vs FBI
completely different job roles the US equivalent of the FSB is the cia the russian equivalent is Investigative Committee of Russia/ледственный комитет Российской Федерации)
UK USA and Russia fighting over who has the best agency:
The Vatican who has God as their agency:
James Bond was based in Ian Fleming own life as Fleming was a agent of MI6 in world war 2 based in Bermuda, as a rich playboy..
hey
The Infographics Show please do a video on Research&Analysis Wing(India)
Hi
Airbus vs Boeing
One drinks tea and one eats fast food
Intel, specific, selected Intel, was being sent to the Soviets yes, but only to keep them informed in ways which benefited us. We used their spies basically :P
Communism vs Capitalism
Please
no debate
That's subjective, and communism is very badly viewed and warped from what Marx and his theory proposed
Oh please no. You’re not gonna get an unbiased video on this topic. The safest is to do your own research on the subject (from neutral sources) and draw conclusions from that. Or watch videos both for and against the ideologies individually, which is easier and probably takes less effort and time on your part.
The comparison videos on the topic of communism vs capitalism are always biased, usually towards capitalism, and they will warp your view on the subject. So I will not recommend them, as a lot of those videos will provide misinformation ( *cough* PragerU *cough* )
Hey I know a guy from Kurzgesagt
Please do GCHQ vs the NSA, I think that would be really interesting, especially after Snowden
How do you make these infographics
