- After several months of carrying and using the Zero Tolerance 0308, I give you my thoughts and who this knife is recommended for!

I tore mine apart 3 times and it was centered perfect everytime.
Man that's nice. The first time I took it apart it came back together perfectly but the second time around I had a hard time. Probably user error.
Just got mine today. I carry the ZT350 and was surprised how much larger the 308 is. It truly helps ZT image and show they can still make bombproof folders.
Yeah gotta agree. It really preserves that old ZT DNA with some amazing refinements!
@@these7seas I been flipping my 308 all day. It has some remarkable engineering and top notch materials. I know I'll end up getting the tiger stripe 308 to help my addiction lol
I don't take My knives apart unless necessary wash them with rubbing alchohol dry well and use 3 in one household oil! Great Video Sincerely Thomas Raymond Fresno California! I bought 3 of these and Love them! ZT is Byfar My Favorite Production Knives!

Liked & subscribed. Totally agree with you. I had all of the zero tolerance knives of the past and traded and sold them when I needed money & now I regret it and this will be the only ZT offering that would be similar to those knives.

@@these7seas didnt get notified. I only dyed the scale but am planning on getting an aftermarket scale if some sort still love it. The 308cfor the size is an awesome slicer and a great tool

I'm not sure if the two have the same blade metal, CPM-20CV on the link I am posting for you. 6/11/2021 I am just looking myself right now but I need something better than a classic (inexpensive but dependable) Buck knife. I just want a good blade that is easy to sharpen, is tuff, doesn't corrode too easy and will hold an edge like CPM-S35VN or maybe Nitro-V but again, I'm still looking.
Nice video! Did you notice a break in period on the detent when you first got it? I’m still trying to figure out the best opening technique. Mine is kind of tough to flip consistently.
Yes definitely. My detent was really stiff when I first got it but just give it some time and I'll be so much better. It took me about two weeks to break in but now the detent and action is so so good!

@@these7seas it feels great! The wood grain on this one is amazing. They 3D texture and contour it so it has grip as well. It sounds a little fuller than you are describing. Maybe the wood has some acoustic dampening properties.

I'm not impressed with this knife at all. My ZT 0804CF beats it in every single way and I use both of them for work. Thanks for the video my Bladed Brother 👍 ⚔️ ✝️ 🇺🇲

Good points made e.g. that there is a black scale/black/grey tiger stripe version available for those who might not like the desset tan...dog poop colour scale....and the way the "pocket pecker" is positioned (something many reviewers glance over...a feature worth mentioning)...
Knife size....i think the size is something worth considering if for "EDC" or "everyday tasks"....why would any one (in MY opinion) depend on a slight smaller knife designed for "light--med tasks"?? A "slicer"....people miss this fact...I think because for most "enthusiasts" "carrying" is a "fashion statement" .....or to make themselves feel "cool"...
Def for jeans wearing pepple or to toss in a pocket w/o using the clip...backpack maybe...would have loved to see ZT offer it with blue hardware and maybe a sheepsfoot blade of similar size...
